Horrible place!! We waited 25 minutes for 2 soup and sandwich meals and had to leave by the time we got our food and asked for it to go. They literally threw the sandwiches into the to go bag unwrapped with everything else thrown on top. We went back to show and talk to the manager, Jason, and all he said was "so the sandwich is messed up. What's wrong?" When asked if they normally serve their customers like that and he said "well, yeah when we are busy..." (for the record, they were NOT busy. 2 orders were ahead of ours, that's it). I told them that's no excuse and he said "we'll it is an excuse (blah blah blah)" and threw the food back to our side of the register. He then started stomping away saying he would remake the sandwich. We said hell no- why would we want an upset employee making our food??? He had some more rude comments for us and we had some for him (told him to enjoy their reviews and a few other choice words...) and left with our pitiful meal. In hindsight, we should have gotten a refund but we were both too pissed at being so disrespected like that. Their other excuse was that they had 3 people quit today. I can't imagine why they would. Management seems so friendly and helpful. My husband will also be reviewing them on yelp with pictures of our food bag. AVOID THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING PISSED OFF AND...
Read moreI have worked in customer service for a pretty long time. Now I'm a hairstylist down the street from this Panera. And after reading the other reviews and problems with other people I decided to leave my own.
I am a vegetarian and it is very frustrating when you make it VERY clear that you do NOT want chicken or meat on something. I even pick an easier item usually just so they don't have trouble comprehending that I do not want it. Now, when the person at the speaker repeats it back to you saying NO chicken, you're pretty confident that there will be no chicken in it. So I grabbed my bag and I left. I literally work like one mile down the road and so I got here and looked. And guess what was in my salad? Chicken. After I repeated myself over and over and over again.
The staff is never super stoked. They're always new people or super young people (so it seems) that have not been properly trained.
It'd be nice to see either the owner or the manager at this location step up and reply to some of these reviews. Seeing as half of them are horrible. Make it up to your customers who spend OUR money on your subpar effort and service, and your lack of attention to detail. Especially when a salad and a drink costs thirteen dollars. Like seriously? Get it...
Read moreAfter a long work day, heavy snow and ice cold wind, and after slipping on icy side walk spraining my ankle. I came here for dinner as I ran out of luck everywhere from work to home. This by far was my best panera experience since my days in Los Angeles. I'm new in this neighborhood, this was almost last minute after a long day at work. The young man at the register was very professional and courteous. He treated me like a pro. Explained the menu items I inquired about without any growl or nagging as a last minute customer, which you typically get almost anywhere as an unfortunate last minute customer. After the order was placed and while waiting in pain. The cashier gentleman also offered me a small bag of ice for my sprained foot. Which was the extra mile that I never or rarely experience, specially Nowadays. And to top it off he gave me a free desert ♥️. Five stars customer service and a gold medal. Now to the food. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and a large chicken soup along with some sides. It was savory and spot on as what I needed after this long day. I'll definitely be back as long my schedule allows me or at least for a breakfast on my day off for a service like nowhere else I could appreciate more....
