Being new to the neighborhood, I was anxious to try out all the new restaurants around me. Today was Ralibertos.
Id give them three stars for a couple reasons:
The service was okay. Ordering at the window seems to take a long time, it was a bit confusing based on just being left on the line with no real instruction to move forward. I don't know if there was a language barrier, but the order was also inaccurate when received which is always a bit disappointing.
The food I did get I was critique the following ways: I received a burrito that was meat peppers and onions with it a homemade tortilla. This was definitely the highlight of the meal, and what I would recommend to anyone reading this. The burritos were great, and that seems to be what they specialize in. I wanted to try a few other things, so I ordered a side of green chili and an enchilada. The green chili was peppery (think salt and pepper) and hot with a very watery consistency. I didn't finish it. The same kind of went for the enchilada, it was filled with cheese and the edges of the shell were hard. I'm guessing they don't do a lot of these, as the enchilada sauce was pretty flavorless.
If you're going, highly recommend the burritos. And in fact I may be back for one at some point. I don't think it'd be worth making a special trip...

I consider myself to be a professional when it comes to tacos and Mexican food in general. I had a chicken taco, carnitas taco and quad and chips. Let me start with the carnitas taco. oh my gosh, it was large, tender and beautifully seasoned pieces of carnitas and loads of it too. The corn tortillas had to be homemade. The Chicken taco was the same with lettuce and cheese on a warm homemade flour tortilla. It was also loaded down with large tender bites of chicken. The chips, guacamole and cheese were delicious and again and again, I couldn’t believe how generous the serving was with loads of guacamole. Lastly, I would buy their red and green sauce if they sold it in a bottle. Of course, they were generous with how many plastic containers of sauce they provided with my order. The gal I spoke with on the phone was absolutely adorable. Arvada Vacuum recommended your place and I also give them All thumbs up for vacuums and service! Thank you so much and please open a place...
Read moreThis place has really gone down hill. Which is sad because I used to like it and went every morning. It use to taste and remind of being back at my Tia's in Mexico. There food has no flavor, no salt, no pepper, nothing just the taste of oil. They only have 2 type of Chili red and green neither one is a gravy chili they are more like salsa. It's just ground up chilies with water, no flavor in it either just hotness of the chili, that's it. If you want a breakfast burrito it only comes with eggs, cheese and a meat if you want potatoes and "chili" it's an extra $1.25 for each. which is ridiculous. Potatoes and chili don't cost that much and they use frozen french fries anyway. Also the way they do customer service is horrible. They will talk to about in Espanol thinking that you don't understand because your a light skinned Hispanic. I just let them finish then confront them on what they said. All in all I will not be going back to either of them. (Arvada or on Wadsworth) I would rather go to El Aguascaliente on 41st and Wadsworth Cheaper...
