Truly a taste of Italy! My wife and I went wandering for Italian for my b-day celebration and I chose this place. I was not disappointed. We came in during the lunch hour and it wasn't crowded so we were seated promptly. We looked over the menu and so much looked good to the point we couldn't decide. So we chose to build our own variety ensemble: we had calzone, spaghetti, pizza, and meatballs and then split the food. Everything was excellent! We had the Italian sausage calzone with green chilies and wow it had a very aromatic and smoky old world flavor and great with the dipping marinara sauce. The pizza was a lunchtime personal with mushrooms. VERY cheesy and flavorful. It had a good crunch and the same marinara sauce/ no complaints there. The spaghetti: this was definitely fresh made! It was thick, it was fresh, and looks different from mass produced dried pasta. The flavor was nothing special, but by no means bad. It was the sauce that tuned up the pasta. Would I eat it without sauce and only oil and spices? I'm not sure. I really think it needs a sauce to compliment it. And finally the meatballs were two large spicy items of epicurean Italian delight! As a whole this has been the best Italian restaurant I have been at since I visited D.C. in `97 at some place I...

We come to Randis all the time, but this time was horrific! The server that came to our table lol smelled like cigarettes reaked !! Brought my Italian salad to the table and it was soggy and full of white iceberg lettuce. It was not good. I looked around at a couple other tables that had salad in their salads were very green and looked delicious like they always do but mine however was really bad I asked if I could get another salad and she clearly said to me I’m not bringing you another salad. Through the duration of my experience having lunch at Randy’s several other customers began to come into the restaurant and order salads and their salads were green leafy and look delicious! I’m without words!! My rating is I won’t be back with my family ever again! I’ve never had a server tell me I won’t bring you another salad I’ve never experienced that in my life! I am still in awe! We own a very prominent dealership in Westminster! I will tell everyone I know and work with not to go to this restaurant the server was a joke!! Hygiene needs work! Yucky! For being in business as long as this family has they should get a new ambassador to represent their family business in the...

I'm so bummed. I'd read all these great reviews .I just spent $50+ for two large pizzas (a combination w/extra cheese & an Hawaiian with bell pepper and blk olive). I would have done better with two frozen Digiorno's from the grocery store. The crust was so thin and HARD. I was unable to chew most of it, & ended up scraping off the toppings to eat that.. The cheese tasted like wax. The toppings were So-So. And, grease sort of pooled on the top. Maybe it was over cooked, but I arrived to pick it up at exactly the time I was told to. We live 5 minutes away so it wasn't sitting long. We don't get to go out often, being on social security. So to have just spent all that money for a really bad pizza really is disappointing. I've two 16" pizzas sitting in my kitchen with just a couple of pieces gone. I'm not sure what to do...

Found this neighborhood gem while looking for a new restaurant to try in the west part of the Denver suburbs. Good, family-style Italian food, and lots of variety on the menu including pizza, pasta, salads and appetizers. We had an Eggplant Parmesan which was a bit different and pleasant, Fettuccine Alfredo with a nice sauce, and a veggie Calzone. Plenty to go around the table. Friendly, attentive service and an easy, family-friendly dining atmosphere. The restaurant looks a bit plain and almost anonymous on the outside, but there are lots of tables and seats inside. A nice dining experience overall. Recommended!

I had lunch special pasta with spicy marinara sauce and Italian sausage. Everything was just slightly warm. She brought me regular bread with butter when the meal included garlic bread (I mentioned it but she ignored it). My experience started with a long wait, the restaurant was empty. The wait staff is very young which is not an issue (I love young people) except they have no experience. At this point eating out has become very expensive. I will limit my patronage of restaurants to the ones that provide me with an exceptional experience.

My husband and I live 2 hours away and came into town to pick up a log splitter, decided to grab a pizza for the drive home. The staff were nice but the pizza is horrible. Nothing on this pizza tastes fresh except for the raw unripe tomatoes they laid on top. I can't remember the name of the pizza, but it was a "speciality" pizza with olive oil, mozz, romano or parm, and fresh tomatoes. The dough also had the texture of cardboard. We added pepperoni, they are the size of a nickel. So disappointing.
