Addendum: So, gave this place another shot and they made my elderly grandparents sick with food poisoning. Maybe purposely as I used the app to order and they recognized my original review. I asked for the $25 to be refunded because the burritos had to be thrown out after two caused severe illness and digestive distress shortly after eating them. I went in and spoke to Stephanie who called the owner Suzette. Suzette said she’d refund the $25. I waited two weeks and no refund. I emailed her weekly and got absolutely no response once. So, not only is the owner Suzette a liar, but she also produces food that makes people sick and cause digestive distress. And she does NOT care about her customers at all. SO just know that the owner of this Santiago's, Suzette, is a liar and will not do what she promises and will not help her customers at all. She is a disgrace to the business community. Especially the food services business community. She gives them all a bad name and hurts all food service businesses in Arvada for her lies and pathetic lack of customer service.
First review: I always order the same thing - BEEF and EGG Burritos. And 90% of the time they give me BEAN and POTATO. I buy the Smothered Deluxed and the $3 dollar burritos. Usually always a $15 order or more because I have to drive out of the way to eat here. It's impossible to check the contents of a burrito until you get home and unwrap and eat it so you have to trust them. DON'T! Included is a photo with my receipt and the BEAN AND POTATO contents of my burrito. All the burritos I ordered were BEEF and EGG. I am allergic to BEANS!! So, after once again having to throw away $15 I will never return to this place again. They did manage to read the onions and get those in. But how you read BEEF AND EGG as BEAN AND POTATO IS BEYOND COMPREHENSION. I hadn't gone for months to see if they sorted out their issues and I just went for the first time and they SCREWED ME OVER AGAIN. I tried to call on the phone so maybe I can let someone know that they continue to screw up but they either hang up or the call goes to a fax. So, it's still a real Clown Show, managed by a CLOWN, over there at Arvada Santiagos and I won't return. If you are getting your orders right then you're lucky or perhaps they care about some people's orders more than others.Came here off an on for 8 years and they got 2 orders right in 8 years. Only 2. Now, thanks to this Santiagos, I won't go to another one anywhere and will warn friends and family to stay away. Thanks for stealing my money and ripping a customer off again...

The last I came, whenever ordering Chili Cheese Fries with my order, It takes forever. Yeah, like fries fried in old AXX grease really takes longer then 20 minutes, probably not. That's their excuse all time. Believe me if that wasn't my kids go to, at any and every restaurant especially here. It would be a hard No,Thank You I'll pass. So, tonight we were in the neighborhood shopping. Called in an order at 6:04pm. They answer the phone saying "Hello", I was like is this Santiago"s. Yes, can you please hold. I'm like, I guesssss. So, after just being on hold for just a short time. Believe me, I have driven there faster then getting released from that hold button before, let me tell you. Trying quickly to do damage control, so I don't get the house specialty, if you know what I mean. Place my order, I know I have to pay with my credit card in advance. They say give about 15 minutes, Coo. Get there around then, wait a little before I go in, because we know those fries take # Longer. Go in, there's about 3-4 ladies working the front, don't recognize none of them. Expected, I haven't been going to that location for awhile. When observing my surroundings, not busy at all. Thinking, my order should be up shortly. Standing at the front desk area, I don't get greeted, nor acknowledged. Then someone comes up, are you picking up or placing an order? Picking up. It will be just a moment, okay. Well can I sign for my order. Looking down at my receipt with some what of a disappointment but, not really because they almost got it right. Even when spelling it out for them, like "F" as Frank and so on. So, I guess right now in this moment, I'm Sarrah. After waiting another 8-10 minutes, they call out "Sarrah." Maybe next time, I should start with spelling out my name, like F as in FXXX Off or F as in FXXX You. Maybe then everyone will get it right. My kids are dipping in before we get home. I'm like, what is that smell? Smells like burnt AXX up in here. Yep, got home and that's was exactly what that was. Burnt AXX Fries. Like, you wouldn't have that issuse if you didn"t burn your fries in the first place. Also, just throughing this out there, maybe change your oil. Even being a Female, I know that's basic 101 matianence. I guess you can get away with that with some light skined people who don't know true flavor but, common now. Read moreAbout a month ago I was in your restaurant and the woman that was behind the counter at the cash register is extremely rude. My mother and I went in and sat down at a table by the back door. I wanted to move to another booth that wasn’t by the door because my mother was cold. The woman that was behind the counter came out to clean the table. I ask if we could move to the booth she was cleaning. She threw a total fit because she said she had that prepared for someone else. I tried to explain to her that it was cold there for an 85-year-old woman and can I move her there and she refused to do it. The woman that was our waitress and this rude woman stood behind the counter and were complain to one another about everything that was going on in the restaurant. I spoke to the waitress about that woman being rude she ran right over and told her what I said. At this point neither were waiting on your customers just continued talking about my mother. The food was backed up and people were complaining because no one was getting waited on it. Usually when we be in there it’s a few minutes and your food is out and very good. We waited 30 minutes to get our food. The food was cold. Two younger ladies came in and then all four were standing behind the cash register complaining.
Yesterday my husband and I walked in there to have lunch and the same waitress was really rude and told us that we could stand over on to the side well she prepared tables for people who are of head of us. We didn’t mind that however she was not clean tables. Once again she in the staff behind the counter we’re grabbing about everything that was going on instead of doing what they needed to do.
