FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. I went in with the expectation of something different and new. After reading g the menus, I went for the Caribbean chicken SANDWICH. Sin e its listed u Der a menu that reads wraps and sandwiches. The cashier Eva didn't say a word that the item is served as a wrap instead. I intended to eat in the dining room but I wasn't asked and she assumed this was a take-out order. Not a biggie. However, when the food came in, I literally was expecting a sandwich not a wrap. I told the cook about that but she said that item is in the form of a wrap instead. I told her that I wanted a sandwich not a wrap but are said I don't know, I'm not working the register and she left. EVA the cashier that took my order heard what was going on but instead looked the other way, continue working the smoothie station and ignore the problem I Waited for few min to see if any resolution was to be offered, but NOTHING. I was completely ignored by everyone.
What is interesting is that when placing the order you're asked to leave a tip, the system sets a 15% by default although you can manipulate the card device to select NO TIP.
At this point the food does not matter. Eva should correct my expectation of a sandwich instead, and come up with a resolution instead. SHE IGNORED THE CUSTOMER. The pics has the details of my order if you think of something to make it right to me, or ignore...
Read moreTammy, the employee at the location 5830 Independence St Suite 100, Arvada, CO 80002 made me feel disrespected. I was sitting in a chair across from the sink where they clean the pitchers out for smoothies and she kept splashing me with water. It felt intentional but if it wasn't intentional then why is there a seat there if you're just gonna get splashed with water. It happened 3 times. I thought she'd realize after the 2nd time that the water was splashing on me so she could redirect the angle of the pitcher so the water wouldn't splash across the counter and hit me but the third time it was a lot of water and got on my phone and I felt it was intentional. She didn't apologize even tho I moved seats right after so I assume she knew what she was doing. I watched her clean other pitchers after I moved to see if it would splash but I noticed she redirected the angle so the water wouldn't splash across the counter like how it was when I was sitting there. I'm a new customer I've never been here before so I wonder if it's because I'm brown skinned or what so now I don't feel comfortable enough to come back if I'm gonna be discriminated against at this location at least even though it's close to my house and across the street...
Read moreI placed an online order at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon for 1 smoothie, 1 açaí bowl, and 1 chicken flatbread sandwich. Said the order would be ready at 1:15. Showed up at 1:15, the place was very busy and the order wasn’t ready yet. Behind the counter was an absolute mess as the 4 people working were trying to get orders completed. I proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes for the 3 items. In that time I witnessed what seemed like a complete lack of prep and team work. The smoothie was made rather quickly and then just sat there behind the counter the whole time I waited for my food. The açaí bowl wasn’t made as ordered so it had to be remade. Finally got everything, and it was just disappointing. The smoothie was pretty much all melted, the flatbread was hastily slapped together and just didn’t taste very good, and the açaí bowl barely had any of the açaí base and still wasn’t made as I ordered it. I didn’t have the time to do anything about it then, but shared my experience on their website and never heard back so I guess the owners don’t care all that much.
