Frustrating. Well, this used to be my favorite Starbucks but those people have moved on. I don't blame the new workers, as they are polite people. I blame corporate Starbucks. They've just gotten so cheap. I essentially pay $7 dollars for a drink. This drink is mostly ice. So I pay $7 for maybe 15 ounces of a 20 once beverage. I accept this reality. But then, corporate Starbucks tells them to fill the other half with foam. So, then I'm down to maybe 10 ounces of drink. So, I ask for no foam and the nice staff adds more milk. But then the flavor of the matcha is gone. So it is very frustrating, because I'm already paying $7 bucks for maybe 15 ounces of beverage.
Again, I do not blame the staff, who are wonderful and polite and professional and overworked by a demanding corporation and many rude and stupid customers who don't know what they want, but I do blame Starbucks for their greed and wanting to give less for an ever increasing price. I waited 20mins in line to get up to the window to be handed a grande hot macchiato. I told him oops I don’t think this is mine. So I explained what I had. They took that drink and just poured it in a cup with ice. Which would be ok if I just ordered a plain macchiato. So I said I’m so sorry I already paid and I paid for a venti apple crisp. And he got rude went back in and the Other lady who was making the drinks was so rude she looked at me rolled her eyes and said something to him. Read moreWorked here for over a year and I know this Starbucks is one of the best in the area. They all work hard. If you have a bad experience and are honest with them they will do their best to fix it for you. Most people on here complaining about horrible service asked for it because of the way they treated the baristas in the first place. It's a get what you give world people its not that hard to experience good customer service so long as you remain a decent human being we will get you exactly what you need. You'd be surprised how many people will say a business is bad because they had to rush a Barista because THEY were late.
