Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Isaac for the first time, who I believe is the owner of the store. Without diving into all the details, I’ll just say this: Isaac went above and beyond to help me, and his actions spoke volumes about his dedication to his customers.

It’s clear that Isaac genuinely cares—not just about making a sale, but about building real connections with the people who walk through his door. It’s rare to see this level of care and integrity in a business owner these days, and it was incredibly refreshing to experience.

If you're looking for outstanding products and a personal touch that makes you feel valued, this is the place to go!

It had been a long time since my last visit to this location, and I’m happy to say that nothing has really changed!

Although I had never met Devin or Dustin before, If I was the owner of this location, I would be counting my blessings as team members like this are extremely hard to find.

Operating within an industry that has such a large amount of competition, You have to go out of the way to do whatever's necessary to set yourselves apart from the place down the street.

Well, Devin & Dustin are doing exactly what is necessary to go above & beyond the competition to keep customers coming back; creating authentic, lasting business/customer relationships.

Their customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is filled with good vibes. I appreciated the sincerity of our conversations; they genuinely care about their customers.

The store remains super clean and well-organized, while offering an absolutely massive selection of all different kinds of products.

They still have the best prices on Kratom and everything else in the Greater Denver area.

If you're looking for a great place to shop, I highly recommend...

Isn't it hard to find a place these days that you can say ALWAYS the staff is friendly, upbeat, helpful, and knowledgeable?! I look FORWARD to my trips to Payless! They use the Five Star app point system and have great discount and they run specials frequently. The staff is also loyal to me and my needs... And they don't go through rounds of employess (same happy faces) so you know they're being treated right. This is NOT the closest store to me that I could visit, I make the trip because it's worth it! In my opinion it's more of a head shop than a "tobacco" store though. They still carry what I need, example is, if I am shopping for cigarette tubes (because I roll my own) this place only has literally two options... One brand of king size, and one brand of 100's as opposed to Smoker Friendly, which has about 4 different brand tubes of both 100's and Kings. Here's the thing though... It doesn't matter, because Payless is a better experience!!!

Kratom selection is good, and you will find new manufactures on the shelves and they will be stocked to take care of you with this product.

They bring in new and interesting products to their shelves. When I was shopping for fidget spinners during the mad rush with the new trend, this is the place I got mine. You can also grab a soda while you're here. Don't expect the wall to be lined with cigarettes and cigars, that's not what this place is. Do expect a memorable experience, good price, interesting selection, heady eye candy,...

Edit: I no longer recommend SMASH Glass and Vape for a couple of reasons. First off they frequently did not have the coils or juices that I had become accustomed to purchasing. The final breaking point was when they sold me e-juice that had expired close to two years prior which ended up hospitalizing me with bacterial pneumonia! Once out of the hospital I returned with the expired juice and receipt only to be told they were unwilling to do anything about it as their return policy is all sales final. I was disappointed that the gentleman I spoke with didn’t care and offered no remedy but instead asked if I wanted to buy another bottle of the juice at full price. I have yet to return and never will!! Buyers beware if you choose to shop here check your products before you leave the store. It sucks because they did have a large selection of vaporizers and glass wear at fair prices. Do yourself a favor and head across the street to Vapor Clouds/ VIBEZ Smoke & Vape! Huge selection of juice and highly knowledgeable staff!
