Taco Bell — Restaurant in Arvada

If I can upload pictures, I would. Terrible service. Pull up and start ordering. I tell the guy I want a Nacho Fries box, he replied with “we don’t sell those no more.” Then I hear in the background another employee telling him that we do so he goes “oh yeah, we have them.” So that’s what I get. (Mind you I’m not even finished ordering yet) he doesn’t ask if I’m done or is that all. He says, “your total will be $5 something.” I tell him, I’m not done ordering yet and I didn’t even take forever. I’m a pretty faster orderer because I always know what I want. I order my Mexican pizza and whatever else. We get our order, they tell me they absolutely have no other sauces besides Diablo. So whatever on that. Then, I leave and usually a food place hands you your drinks first while your paying. We drive off to find out they didn’t give us our drinks. Had to turn back around, got them but the lid was half way off and the other drink had soda all over the lid which spilled on me. So we drove away, get home to find out that my Mexican pizza was terribly made, 4 tomatoes only and the cheese was put in one place, the cutting was sloppy. Just to find out that my husbands Doritos locos taco was all crumbled up. Last time we went, we found a hair in his food as well. Done with this location, would not recommend anybody...

So I don't usually leave reviews but my experience I just had was beyond horrible! I would bet good money that if someone went in and drug tested them all, not a single one would have a job. And I'm not talking weed. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged in the drive thru. I started ordering and before I could finish what I was saying I was interrupted with "what else". Got spent another 25 minutes waiting after I ordered. They got my order wrong, thankfully I had not pulled away. Maybe if they let me finish what I was saying my order would be right. Keep in mind I only ordered 4 things and nothing special. So I waited again! Then the guy came back to the window and was ready to collect money again. After I told him I already paid (to him) and was waiting for my food, he said oh what did you order? Really? 40 minutes in the drive thru and finally got my food. How can I get in touch with the owner cause this is not the 1st, 5th, or 10th time this has happened. I don't know why I keep going back. It's a 1 out of 50 chance it will be a good experience. I will figure out how to get in touch...

I understand people arnt machines and arnt always going to do their job correctly all the time. But this taco bell takes the cake for "worst experiences I've had trying to get dinner." I went with my lady to taco bell around 6:30pm. The line to the drive thru was horribly long so we tried to go in and order but the doors were locked. So we sat in line for almost over an hour. We ordered for us and her parents, 4 people in total. After sitting 2 car lengths away from the window for 40 minutes we finally got our food and drove home. After we got home and started handing out the food we realized we didn't even get half of our order my mother and father in law got their orders with an extra taco and a burrito that we didn't even order. We drove back to the taco bell waited an hour and a half (the length of the shrek movie) and told them about what happened and showed our receipt. So 2 car trips and 2 and half hours later we finally got our food that was still some what wrong. I'm giving them a 2 star because they agreed to fix our order but im probably never going back to this...
