Cato Fashions — Local services in Arvada

I just love this store.....The staff is friendly and inviting. I am a big girl but the staff doesn't see me this way, their customer service is awesome....what I love about the store is that it has 2 sides, on the one side is regular skinny girl clothes and other side is Plus clothes...All to often you go to a department store and the plus size is either hiding upstairs or right smack in the middle of skinny girl section, so as a plus size person your self esteem goes right out the window, Well not at Cato's they value all the customers the same......the other thing I love about Cato's is the Fashion, it is up to date, unique, and beautiful. The get new fashions in every Tuesday and then they put the other fashions on clearance so you get good deal and look fresh every time. My girlfriend from work turned me on to Cato's! She raved about the low prices and the cute clothes. When I walked in, I was treated like a queen! I was greeted by Megan and the other sweet bilingual employee (I completely forgot her name!) These two women showered me in compliments and we're extremely helpful. The hospitality from the moment I walked in the store until the time I left was wonderful. They helped pick out new cute clothes and had me try each piece on and come out and show them. Had plenty of staff while my girlfriend and I visited for the first time. Would have been nice if any of them acknowledged either of us or perhaps even, if at checkout asked if we found everything to our liking or if we had any questions. Instead they exclusively talked to the older (55+) clientele the entire time we were shopping.

Had a better time at Target right after ONE hourly person said, "Hi".
