Walked in to get a buz cut for my son at 4:20pm on sunday feb 24th. I think her name was Jenny with the highlighted hair. She had just finished with a customer but felt that it was more important to carry the conversation from the chair to the counter. They continued to talk and talk about their personal lives and she spoke without even acknowledging us. She just had to acknowledge me snd say I'll be right with you to give the guy a hint that she needs to get back to work. We waited patiently and the guy still has not paid. It was nothing related to getting a haircut. She could have even told the guy hang on let me get this boy in a chair and finish the conversation that would have been fine, but we waited for 6 minutes then left. I could have used a better choice of words on my way out but I was upset. I'm sure they had plenty of time to talk when he was in the chair. Time for the next person. Not everybody wants to sit in the waiting area hear your personal lives. I understand you want to be nice to your customers and you don't want to cut them off but they do understand you gotta get the next person in line. It appeared there was a chemistry connection with the eyesight. There's a time and place for everything.    Read moreHorrible customer service. I called 7 minutes prior to arriving at the location. The tone said wait time 3 min. I arrived and am told I needed to wait until 1:30 and it's 10 am for service. Just silly. Then I asked when the process changed for customer appointments?. I was told I just work here, i dont know in a real cranky way... from the blonde lady that chain smokes and doesn't even wash her hands before talking to the customers about appointments. Just gross. Who wants someone like this who smells and has an attitude problem cutting their hair anyway. I remembered her attitude and (stench) from the previous experience at this location, which was quite a while ago. I figured I would give it another try.....ya I definitely should not have. Will never be going back to this location among other customers I have talked to who feel this exact way... Oh, and I usually am not the type that leaves bad reviews, but this lady needs to go. I should have recorded it and uploaded it on Google. It would have spoken volumes as to your guys' training procedures and hiring process.    Read moreI would like to warn the customers of this store. All the stylists are great and do a fine job. I have been going to this shop for almost 2 years. But there is one stylist named MICHELLE who has dark hair and a dark personality. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT FROM HER! I came in on Monday morning, told her to check the computer to see how I cut my hair. She refused. I then told her how I wanted my hair cut. I told her a # 4 clipper because I usually get a # 3. This day I did not want my hair too short. And just a trim on top because my hair on top is thinning. She DID NOT LISTEN! She proceeded to cut the sides fine, then used the clippers and SHAVED THE TOP OF MY HEAD! I told her to STOP! She did not listen and continued to shave my hair. I WAS FURIOUS and ANGRY! All she did was argue with me and said I wanted a # 4 all the way around! NOT TRUE! She did not even care about what she did! She did NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE and call the manager to see what could be done. She had a NO CARE ATTITUDE! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT FROM MICHELLE! SHE WILL RUIN OUR HAIR LIKE SHE DID MINE!
