Usually I let petty stuff stuff slide. But the staff & ultimately the manager (old lady with red hair) wete really difficult today June 3rd, (Free Frosty Day) I asked kindly how I get three kids I had with me a free frosty for the blimp birthday celebration. They all looked at me like not only was I crazy but like I was trying to pull a fast one over on them in a naughty thievery-like fashon. The manager (only employee that DIDN'T come to the counter) yelled across the kitchen, " I don't know where you heard that one!". š¤¦š¼āāļø Like I was seriously trying to pull a fast one on them. Hilarious. It literally is free frosty day and with a little corporate training I put myself through with the Googler,, it took me like all of 3 minutes to find out that it was through the app with a purchase! Cool. I didn't know that. No worries because I'm not on food stamps. I bought the kids a frosty each because they saw the commercial and had their heart set on one. But, those devious shenanigans of mine got me thinking for the future. If I'm going to try to pull one over on Wendy's, I probably won't bring the kids next time, and maybe "lie" a little more dramatically to get a lil' more premium menu item like a hamburger. š¤¦š¼āāļø Happy free frosty day (with purchase through...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and the girls from fantastic sams across the parking lot come here every now and again. We are always in a hurry, either on our lunch break or if one of us runs out to grab food for everyone because we donāt have time to stop working. ANYWAYS.
It may not be a three minute drive thru. It may take 5-10. Never really longer. But it IS the only place around that will not mess up your order and itās always so hot even when we get it back to the salon. Itās always neatly packaged and they literally never miss an item, or a special request, or rarely even a straw or napkins.
They rule. Most of yāall have absolutely no clue what itās like to work with the public in a service position. And yāall need to cut people some slack, especially for things that happen because we are human š¤·š¼āāļø. We appreciate this establishment for being consistent and there when we need em!
