Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Arvada

My roommate and I have been coming here for 8 months as we live right down the street and this has become our go to coffee spot! Normally we love it here but the last few weeks we've noticed a lack of care as there are lots of new employees. At first we thought maybe it's because they are training and they will get the hang of it. Today, my roommate ordered for us and picked me up from a friend's. When I got in the car and picked up my drink I asked him if he had drank any of it because it was half full! Mind you this is a 24oz so the largest coffee they offer. I asked him to pull in so we could take care of it. Upon arrival the girl at the window was chatting up the lady in her car while a young man made the coffees. It wasnt busy. A simple "hello" would have sufficed, but not the end of the world. Eventually we were greeted and brought up the situation. The man stared at the cup for a second and said "I'll put more oat milk in it". No apology or acknowledgement, shoot, I would have offered to make a whole new drink if that were me. Regardless, thank you for fixing the drink, I guess I'm just more baffled that they thought handing that out as a complete order was okay and the lack of customer service really makes me not want to continue service here. I normally don't leave bad reviews but there is never any management to talk to, to resolve these issues it seems. I've worked in the service industry for a long time and I'm normally very patient but this place has gone down hill rapidly so I hope you guys figure it out!

I was not having a great morning. I was missing a friend that passed way. We use to go to Ziggi’s together so I decided today I would go through the drive thru and grab a drink. The sweetest little barista noticed I was sad and she said, “Do you need any napkins? Extra beans… are you ok? I know sometimes it makes it worse when people ask but sometimes it helps.” And it definitely helped. Didn’t catch her name but she was adorable and just what I needed this morning. Until now i was done with Ziggi's coffee but i tried this new location, this is my 2nd visit and today they were short staffed and a little behind but remained professional and friendly and i seriously did not even wait any longer for my coffee than i did my 1st visit when there were about 5 people working that time. I ordered in app, picked up inside. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and friendly and made my coffee perfect, i only waited maybe 5 minutes. GO HERE! GOOD VIBES TO START YOUR...
