Slice Theory — Restaurant in Ashburn

Alright let me just make one thing VERY CLEAR: my man Sid and his business partner are absolute behemoths at serving up ridiculous NY style pizzas (in the back of an ice rink in ashburn). Not only was he super personable, he walked me through the process and motion of how they make their 72 hr dough fermentation process, and it is WORTH THE WAIT. I’m a sucker for a good NY style Slice, and I glorify Kings NY style pizza in Fairfax. This place will give them a run for their money, big competitor cause I haven’t had as fresh of ingredients as I’ve had here. What a diamond in the rough, a hidden gem of pizza in the northern Virginia area! (loudoun county) I will be back 5000% because they are pumping out insanely fresh and delish pizzas at such a reasonable price DISCLAIMER: I have to make a disclaimer for all of you who have something negative to say about the 5-6 dollars per slice. And that it’s too much for a single, but once you find out how fresh and quality the ingredients are, inflation is everywhere and you won’t be even mind the price Look, if you like a good NY pizza, this HAS TO BE on your bucket list because no other NY style slice...

My husband and I were tired of the inconsistencies of our regular pizza places. Sometimes the dough is undercooked, other times it’s overcooked. So, we went on a search to find another pizza place to try and happened upon Slice Theory. Slice Theory does not disappoint. First of all we were greeted with such kindness and could tell the employees were genuinely happy to meet us. We explained it was our first visit so the menu was explained and we took some time to peruse all the options on the menu. The offerings are really creatively written (science geeks will understand what I’m talking about). After ordering we read a little about how this business started, which was also an interesting read. One of the owners, Sid, introduced himself to us and even came to check on us. Our salad was delicious and full of freshness. The pizza was GREAT! The crust cooked just right. The sauce is homemade and you can tasted the difference. Plenty of cheese and the pepperoni was top tier! Slice Theory opened in April and we are happy to share about this little slice of heaven we happened to...

A true hidden gem!!

We stumbled upon this amazing new pizza shop and were seriously blown away! We tried two versions of their veggie pizza, and both were delicious—perfectly cheesy, loaded with fresh toppings, and baked just right. We also got a side of fries and their garlic butter sauce, which took everything to the next level. Total comfort food heaven!

The vibe here is just as good as the food. Sid, the owner, was incredibly warm and friendly—his kindness really stood out. He’s a big fan of Bollywood too, which made for such a fun and unique conversation. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his craft.

They also sell pizza by the slice (a big plus when you're on the go), and they have a great lunch special that's perfect if you're looking for something quick and satisfying. And the location? Couldn’t be better—right next to the ice skating rink! Whether you’re fueling up before skating or grabbing a bite after, it’s a super convenient (and tasty) stop.
