Arby's — Restaurant in Asheville

Stopped in to get a cheddar sandwich on the way to work. I only had a few minutes. So I decided to stop in here and get me a cheddar sandwi. Forgot that you guys put a weird sauce on the answer. That was my fault, but I'm curious as to where you guys got this shutter and beat from because it What's the worst thing I've ever tasted? I don't think I've ever put something in my mouth that tasted worse. It was horrible if I had time I would have went back with the sandwich in hand and asked for a refund, it was unbelievably bad. The food must have been old. It tasted like it came out of a can it was so bad. The lady that was working looked like she was by herself. So I understand her frustration but find a new job. Don't take it out on everybody there. I waited at the mic for like 5 minutes before. I said hello and finally she answered and responded, she said. I'll be right with you like I was doing something wrong. I almost drove away, then I probably should have? I would have saved myself.However, much money at cost.She wouldn't give me a receipt so I don't know even know how much I paid. Whatever I paid was too much.I want my money back.I want corporate to contact me.Horrible...

I asked for the jalapeño wrap I seen online. The lady at the speaker said they didn’t have it. I then asked her if they had jalapeños I could add to a chicken wrap. She said “we have jalapeño poppers” ….. I said no, just jalapeños? She once AGAIN said “we have jalapeño poppers”. I came to the conclusion she was stupid so I moved on. I ordered a milk shake and loaded curly fries. She asked me if I wanted whip cream on my milkshake and I told her YES. when I got my order my milkshake had no whip cream and my fries were regular with no cheese or anything. I’m running late to pick up my son now because I have to go inside to have them fix it and they get mad at ME and make me pay more money for them not knowing how to do their job. Long story short...After a 15 minute wait, I left the restaurant with my food and drove away. After discovering I was missing part of my order I had to turn around and go back. I asked for fresh sandwiches (5 for $5) because by this time it had been 20 mins since sandwiches were made. Ashley (Self identified as a manager) takes the sandwiches out of my bag and puts them back under the warmer TO BE SERVERED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! When I explained to her that she was not allowed to do that and it was a health safety violation, she said "why don't you just leave?"
