Had lunch from the food truck at Highlands Brewery. Let me start of by saying the Cuban sandwich was really good! Enough for 2 people to split if you’re not that hungry. Rice and beans side was nothing crazy. The pork tamale was also good, the empanada however was not. Just really dry chicken and soggy outside. Would for sure eat here again, would just skip...
