My roommate and I have been coming to this place for years, and the owner has always been friendly. Tonight was way out of left field and because of this we will NOT be reordering from here. My roommate went inside to pay for the order, $59.04, exactly as we ordered online. We have the receipt to prove it. When she went to split the difference between two cards the lady at the register was very helpful. She found that my roommate could not pay her total so she just added the rest to my card. I paid $36.66 and my roommate paid $22.38. Together that adds up to $59.04, which should have been the end of it. Cue the OWNER who runs over and begins literally screaming at my roommate that she owes $9.62. He demands payment and will not listen to reason. After reflecting on our bank statements, we found that we paid a total of $68.66. I called back and explained calmly that the numbers do not match and that I want a refund for the extra $9.62. The friendly lady calls me back later and says he refuses to listen. I then informed her that I will be coming back with every receipt from the THREE transactions and if the situation cannot be resolved through simple math, then I will be making a fraud report. I don’t understand what caused him to lash out like that and refuse to listen, but nothing will excuse the rotten behavior or the owner tonight. I will say the lady at the register apologized profusely for his behavior...but I will never make another order again....
Read moreI called in and the woman who answered the phone completely rushed me and didn't understand what I had ordered. They had the food ready in less than five minutes (the time it took us to drive from cookout to their location 0.6 miles) that's concerning, didn't convince me it was made fresh. When I got there he grabbed the card and charged it quickly as I was checking the bag. They indeed got my order wrong. The language barrier was very strong and they did not seem to understand how they had gotten my order wrong. Since I commute and live 45 mins away, I took a bite off the spring roll in the car and immediately spit it out. It tasted at if someone smoked a cigarette and fondled my spring roll. On top of that, the mushroom soup they gave me (instead of chicken) was disgusting, I'm not a picky person but seriously save your money. What a disappointment! Read moreI ordered a nice meal and was told by Grubhub it would be at my house by 3:25 latest. So I kept an eye out. 3:30 comes and no food. I get a text saying my food was delivered and it had not. I contact Grubhub and they say it was delivered and they will refund my money. I asked why don't they get on the phone with the driver and direct them to me? Drum roll please...we have NO WAY OF CONTACTING OUR DELIVERY PEOPLE! So, then I call Dragon China to report what happened and they say in a cavalier manner, "oh yeah, we have trouble with them a lot."
