Dunkin' — Restaurant in Asheville

I made sure to read the reviews about this D.D.'s before I decided to make a change to start coming HERE rather than continue to visit Starbucks. Every SINGLE review was great. I began thinking..."Wut da heck!? NO bizznizz gets 100% POSITIVE REVIEWS!!" It's just not possible!! I mean, Right?? Well!! U can just imagine my surprise when I visited for the 2nd time& found that to my shock & surprise that they were once again handing out REEEEALLY tastey coffee. I can def say I'm 1 of those ppl that WILL TEST UR PRODUCTS. So on Friday morning when I stopped in, I got a regular ol' macchiato W an extra shot, then AFTER they made it& i tasted it, I asked for a small amount of caramel to be added to it, to sweeten it a lil bit. They were MORE than happy to do this for me& smiled all the while. TODAY (Monday) I came I a bit later to see what a difference it might make. I saw a sign on the door stating the machine was broken so they wouldn't be able to make, Latte's, espresso's & the like(very sad👏👏 face). I had been considering trying one of their NEW drinks, the "Coconut Cream Pie" flavored coffee. Now I'm NOT a big "Flavored" coffee person. But occasionally I find/see/hear of 1 that I CANNOT pass up& Coconut Cream Pie was exactly that. What can I say other than D.D.'s NEVER DISAPPOINTS!! D.D. ROX MY SOX OF EVERY SINGLE TIME!! 😋If u're looking for a new"coffee home" D.D.'s on Merrimon Ave., IS THAT PLACE THIS I PROMISE! They WILL go above & beyond the "call of duty" to please u, so that u truly enjoy ur "coffee experience"& to keep u comin' back for more! I will tell u that because I always have such h an enjoyable experience at Merrimon Ave D.D.'s it makes my day begin in such a positive manner that I find I MUST "Pay it Forward" in some way& hopefully it helps to make someone else's day better too!!😉THANK U D.D.'S FOR BEING SO...

I have been a regular of this location for more than 10 years. I come sometimes twice a day. And never miss a single day! Lol I really love this location and the staff on the afternoon shift particularly Jayden and some others that work her shift are truly amazing I look forward to coming to see them and get my drinks every single day and if it weren't for this truly terrible awful rude old red head lady that works the morning shift her attitude ruins my morning.. wich makes me very sad because I love it there. This is the fourth morning in a row this lady is rude to me for absolutly no reason. I can tell she just doesnt like me for some reason. It's really starting to bother me because i dont want to say anything cause i just want to place my order be happy with everyone and leave. This morning i asked to try a new muffin on the menu wich the last of its kind it was right beside me on the counter where you pay.. and she responded "I Guess So" and walked away from me. So i stood there and waited for her to come back and she never did. She forgets things all the time and then snaps at me as soon as i remind her. It really sucks. She is really bad at her job and takes it out on other people. I hope daily that she will go find another one since she dislikes some of the customers so much! But The manager there is super sweet as well. She and the afternoon staff certainly do more than make up for it. I would give this place 10 stars and tips all around for everyone if it weren't for the red head lady this place is PERFECTION! Thank You All for being so amazing and taking such good care of your long term customers! I love dunkin donuts and the team...

This is by far the best dunkin donuts in WNC that I've ever had the pleasure of frequenting often but not nearly enough to satisfy! The employees are kind, quick, curtious, clean and very very helpful if u are a newbie coming in that's never tried Dunkin before then let your barista know and give them an idea of the types of coffee drinks u normally like or know u have liked in the past and they can help u narrow down a few good options for what u may like... now I originally was a STARBUX GIRL but after the 1st Frozen Coffee that I got a Dunkin I totally forgot about the $6.50 Caramel Frappuccino from Starbux and was hooked for real! For about 2 bucks less u can get the same "frapp" aka Frozen Coffee at Dunkin as well as ur americanos and Macchiatos and lattes and all the other goodies that all the best coffee chains sell plus donuts, (GR8 DONUTS!!) and the BEST PART? ITS CHEAPER THAN STARBUX AND 100% JUST AS GOOD AND IN SOME CASES BETTER! So swing by the Merrimon Avenue Dunkin Branch and give them some love when u need an extra boost! Or just a gr8 Donut!
