I went for the first time recently and here is my candid review: we went to 4 stores and this one was the cleanest, the most organized and the most classy by far, and still, not the most expensive. Let's be clear-- this amazing jem of a store isn't a "thrift store" with $3 and $5 items. This is a highly curated selection of true vintage high end treasures!! The owner is a mensch and her team are really customer service oriented and attentive; we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and I was impressed that they knew their stock. No disinterested clerks with attitudes at the checkout, thank God! The store is impeccably clean and organized as well. Finding things was a breeze. The store is classy, not trashy. Yes, the prices are higher than thrift because this ain't thrift. The higher prices reflect curated pieces that are made with quality, attention to detail, and fine materials like real leather and suede, with many designer labels. Lots of one-of-a-kind funky finds too. Here you will find INVESTMENT pieces that will last you a lifetime, not things you'll want to throw away next season. Just visiting this particular shop as I often do whenever I visit the area and I must say that the level of customer service was quite poor and pretty much nonexistent. It appeared that the owner preferred “catching up and chatting it up” with a friend rather than extending customer service and good ol’ mountain hospitality to someone visiting the area. Understand that the shop is a consignment shop, but the owner was more concerned about the time period that something had been in the shop rather than acknowledging obvious imperfections in an item and extending the requisite customer service to make someone who doesn’t frequent the shop feel welcome or provide the necessary additional markdown. Will definitely spend my dollars where someone appreciates them as well as acknowledges me the next time I return...

Hate to give a bad review but the one staff person manning the store was cold, disconnected and negative, never left behind the counter. Didn't offer a hello or can I help you. Someone else had to ask her if they could choose a fitting room to place their items while still shopping. She just said in a monotone voice ok and went back to her head down. What? No one wants to deal with such a personality. We left. Didn't want to spend our money with that attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we don't think so. Unfortunately it was probably her real personality. We went down the street to the wonderful consignment store Enchanted Forrest. Such nice women working there. Very helpful.
