Hardee’s — Restaurant in Asheville

Placed an online order directly through Hardees website, When got I got to the restaurant the cashier said she didn’t have an online order in the system. My order had been made placed and paid, I arrived at the location about 20 minutes after it was placed. The first problem I had was that the cashier wanted to see the order and I showed her my phone which then she took out of my hands to look even though I provided my name. Then I requested to speak to the manager because the cashier was totally lost after seeing the order on my phone. The manager then came over to the window and took my phone from the window to take down my order. Covid is still around why are you taking my phone out of my hand when you asked to view my order. I’m pretty sure they have a system that shows the employees the online orders. I was then told that they were out of French toast sticks, I was confused on why the website would allow me to place an order for french toast platters and individual French toasts if they were out. When I finally got my food, the food was wrong and I’m not sure why but they served me burnt biscuits. On top of that they didn’t give me my drink which was on my order. I wouldn’t give even...

First off the manager is delightful. The girl at the drive-thru window looks like her best friend just passed. No smile,no manners. cut and dry. This is the third time I've had issues there. This time I ordered the chicken platter and when I checked the bag there was not any coleslaw and the toast was a dried plain half of a hamburger bun. I went back to the window and the girl said well we don't have coleslaw I said well you could have told me that prior. And what about the dried up bread she said yeah we ran out of that toast also. I said why couldn't you have just told me she said well I didn't put the food in your bag. Lol. I got a cinnamon bun for my troubles. Last time there I ordered a double mashed potatoes and gravy and there was no gravy. and when I went back they said they never had gravy same story. I was surprised at how friendly the lady that answered drive thru was. I placed my order and pulled to the window where I was greeted with nothing but smiles. I asked the lady at the window whom it was that took my order and she said my manager Bree and asked if I needed to speak with her! When she approached the window she was so smiley and her accent reminded me of home. I asked the Manager Bree if Hardee’s was running a promotion because she was the nicest, outgoing, and enthusiastic person I’ve come across in drive thru in all my years of eating out. The Frisco sandwich was fresh and juicy the fries were fresh lightly salted and the milkshake was so good. I really like how they wrap the sandwich so that it’s easier to eat and drive without making a mess. Ive had some bad experiences with this location in the past but they definitely regained me as a customer...
