Ordered $52.00 worth of food on Saturday night to be delivered they placed a $75 hold from my account and said I still didnāt have sufficient funds to cover the order. Called customer service in Missouri and spoke to Pat and was told they canāt do anything about the hold placed on my funds until it rolls off of my account sometime next week!!! Asked to speak to the floor supervisor Matt because this answer was unacceptable he communicated to Pat to communicate to me because the amount was so large they had to send it out to their field office who would contact me sometime next week!!! I asked to be transferred to talk directly to Matt and after holding 30 mins was hung up on and received no call back!!! This means during pandemic times when people have very little money that they held my money and delivered no food . I called the store manager Lou at the Miami circle location in Asheville where I placed the online order assuming this would be unacceptable to someone on a local level once I explained the situation and Lou said he couldnāt give me an order I havenāt paid for even though they have $75 of my money!! Pathetic ..like Pizza Hut canāt afford to comp someone a pizza for totally screwing up an order and not leaving them any money to buy dinner from somewhere else!!!!! I would strongly discourage ordering online with them or even in person paying in the store when you see how much they actually care about customers in their own...

I arrived a little early and paid for my pizza. After waiting more than 10 minutes and noticing that several people had received their takeout, I started inquiring as to the whereabouts of my pizza.
At 7:30, I insisted on knowing what was taking so long and I was told by "Don or DJ", whomever that Pizzahut makes $1000 and hour and can't be bothered with having to deal with one person. Shocked, I requested he repeat himself and he promptly said, "Pizzahut makes $1000/hr and can't be bother with one person. I demanded a refund after I spoke with Alan the "manager", who then went back to attempt to bring me a late pizza, which I refused.
Maybe it's a black thing, I don't know. There was an African American women who was waiting when I arrived and still there when I left more than 20 minutes later. I also am black and maybe that's why this individual thought he could speak to me any kind of way.

We received a confirmation email saying that our food would be delivered at 7:24pm. We waiting until 8 to call, as we still hadnāt received our food. When we called, the answering service said they were closed, but we still had no food. I drove over to their location to inquire. The doors were locked, so I knocked on the door. The employees there looked at me and ignored me. When someone finally came to the door, I explain the scenario and told them Iād just pick it up, so they didnāt have to deliver. They looked at me, told me they didnāt make the food because the delivery time was after they closed. I told them that there was a confirmation and no further communication. They told me that it wasnāt their problem and to take it up with corporate. They were rude and ugly for no reason, I was just asking about the food I ordered and already paid for. Had I been made aware that they were going to make my food, I would have gone elsewhere, instead of having to find dinner for my family at 830pm during a curfew.
