I have heard nothing but good things about this place so I decided to hop in and give it a shot. parking lot was easy to find and park. The decor and layout of the entire property was entertaining and inviting. The staff that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Now onto the food... Ordered 3 tacos for what I believe is a reasonable price. First taco was the fish taco, amazing! first bite and I was hooked on how perfect the fish was cooked and how all the toppings and flavors all went together. absolute best fish taco I've ever had, will definitely be my go to. second taco was the jerk chicken taco, very good. I enjoyed the flavors and slightly spicy flavor of this one alot. only complaint would be that I wouldve preferred the chicken either cut or pulled instead of a solid piece but overall great taco. Last taco was the Korean bbq taco. Not bad but honestly not quite as good as I was hoping. the kimchi was fine but I didnt care as much for the meat on this one, like I said it wasnt bad but I just didnt care as much for it as the other two.
Overall great spot and I will be returning soon and often as this is now my favorite taco...
Read moreI’ll pre-frame and say our family is used to street tacos in Mexico so we are bias to great tacos. These were ok/good and could’ve prob just made them at home. I got the steak and cheese (eh) and the lamb gyro taco (my fave of the two but the lambs meet was not fresh on the edges or dry). My mom got the same gyro as me and my father the steak taco was the same. However, they both got a fish taco and said it was the only item that even had spice to it. The queso cheese was good as well as pico de gallo (but pico wasn’t even spicy). My parents won’t return for sure. I would for a quick fast bite if I didn’t feel like cooking at home. Oh and last- we tried both desserts. I didn’t eat the macaroon one because I don’t like coconut but my parents said it was similar to a bread pudding but different ingredients. The mud pie was pretty much pudding but the topping it what made...
Read moreI didn't actually go here, and I usually don't do reviews without a lot of experience with the item or place but this is an exception. I homeschool and today my mom was out with friends. They went to white duck taco and she brought me back a steak and cheese taco along with cheesy grits on the side. The taco was simply the classic taco made to perfection. I haven't had that many different tacos but I can confidently say this one is my favorite. The cheesy grits were the perfect cheesy grits but better. They had a hint of mac 'n cheese flavor, interestingly, the perfect texture, the perfect amount of spiciness, and the perfect amount of cheese. I don't think a $1000 cup of grits from a rich person restaurant could top this. By far the best grits I've ever had. With the best taco I've ever had and by far the best grits too, this place is already a 5...
