This location is very hit or miss for getting what you actually ordered. (Have had issues every visit) This most recent visit will probably be my last.
Ordered a wacky pack kids meal that comes with a toy for my kid. Some limited Squishmello thing? They've been looking forward to it all week.
Every menu display at this location physically says "every wacky pack kids meal comes with a toy" , the website itself says "every wacky pack kids meal comes with a toy" we get the wacky pack kids meal, no toy.
Ask the employee about it, maybe I'm missing something.
He was rude and dismissive and simply said "wacky pack kids meals don't come with toys right now" didn't say they were OUT of toys, didn't say he would go double check, didn't offer the all ages toy they're supposed to offer when they run out of the main toy, nothing. Nothing.
Acted like I was a total nuisance for even bothering him.
(Word on the street is that the employees are reselling the toys online because they're collectable or something. But I can't speak on that, but I can speak on the poor service.)
I'm sick of always coming to this location and something being wrong or missing. Then catching attitude from the employees.

Read moreWow! May 1st, 2022 at 4:12 p.m. ticket # 677899. Tray T4, stall 10. Order was one Sonic cheeseburger combo with tater tots and lemonade and an order of mozzarella sticks for a total of $12.18. I immediately tasted a tater tot which was room temperature, opened up my cheeseburger to find that it was cold and missing the cheese. So I called back through the red button, and employee came out and said that they would redo it. It clearly says cheeseburger on the receipt. I also made a point of saying are they going to remake it because it's going to be completely cold by the time it gets back. Otherwise. He told me it would be remade. He brought the cheeseburger back out after maybe 2 minutes. I opened it up and it's even colder than when I send it back. Not only is that just bad service, that's unsanitary. Not that they will ever read this review, and it's pretty much come to be what I have expected from any fast food service for about the last 20 years or so. More often than not. Read moreI think I've had it with this location. Last time (mid-June 2021) they simply didn't answer when we pushed the button at a stall. We waited a full 30 mins before deciding to download the app and order that way. By the time our blasts arrived, that was when they decided to answer the stall button. This time, 3 Sept 2021, I ordered through the app. I used the app because they don't take multiple orders from the same vehicle (which is REALLY ridiculous). So I ordered, and waited in the outside seating area, thinking it would be convenient for my buddy to pick me up as he went through the drive through. 2 cars ahead of him, 3 more went through. I'm still waiting. All I ordered was a slush. So either we could order through the app and pick up through the drive through or yall let us have more than one order at the drive through.
