Subway — Restaurant in Asheville

This was the worst decision I have every made regarding where I was going to eat. The people running the store had their kids there, with one of the kids SCREAMING at the top of its lungs. The mom was behind the counter making sandwiches, and the dad was in the dining area trying to calm the screaming child. Just as I started to order, the dad switched places with the mom and started talking my order. Mind you, he had just sat the child down, and without washing his hands, or sanitizing in any way, he came behind the counter and began making food. The child still screaming in the dining room... I asked for Italian bread for my sub and he just gave me what was left in the bread holder and abruptly told me it was Italian bread... No it wasn't. I could see their hands were full with their kids, l so I didn't say anything about it. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted on my sub and he still got it wrong. Long story short, I recommend selecting another place to eat than here Worst dining experience I have EVER had. Customer service was terrible also... All around bad place, would give a negative...

I was one of "those" customers (that employees usually loath) who walked in about 10 minutes before closing. I raced there after work because I was craving a sub all day and was going to surprise my husband with one. But, having a background of their kind of work, I still felt awful. The gentleman who helped me, welcomed me, and was nothing but nice and kind. I've been to the same store before and this man has been there each time and I always enjoy the kind, and thoughtful service. I will always go to this Subway! :) Thanks! P. S. Give...

So I try not to come to this location because everytime I go in it’s nasty , it’s not clean today it was the only thing close and I went in ordered my food there were kids running around . ( I understand things happen but they are there every time I go there . ) then when I went to the drink fountain there were atleast 20 fruit flies and I complained and the guy told me it’s cause of the syrup . Surely there’s a way to keep bugs out . My drink taste gross and I wasn’t comfortable eating my food so...
