I was so excited to discover an Einstein Bros in Ashland. Don't know if it's supposed to be open to the general public but I walked in and ordered no problem. I have enjoyed Einstein's for 20 years, sadly this is unlike any Einstein's I've ever visited. They spread the cream cheese super thin, like it's gold or something. I ordered the "Nova Lox", they are very cheap with the toppings. Feel bad for the students forced to eat here, I think they are being taken advantage of. Nice seating available, bathrooms and Wi-Fi.
