I’m writing this review because of one employee who was at this location 4:40pm today. A young tall white male employee in his late teens or early 20s wearing red earbuds who did not listen to me or barely made eye contacts with me the entire time. I placed an app order earlier today, all I had to was to pick up what I paid for already, I thought. When I showed up, a well groomed mature male employee who said it was his first day today told me the order didn’t come through and sometimes the system fails. No problem, I checked that my credit card was actually refunded (somehow the order was cancelled by subway), I ordered in store. Now it’s time to pay for my order, I explained that I had buy one footlong and get one free deal on app, so I’d want them to honor the same deal, that’s when this above dude who thought he’s so cool listening to his earbuds while working came out and I had to explain my situation all over, meanwhile he made no eye contact and not even paying attention to me at all. Then he says to me that it had to be a fake coupon and I should place order in store (which I already did and after the other courteous employee showed him my orders that were created already). I started to tell him AGAIN the order was placed on Subway app, therefore the coupon couldn’t be fake and he still wouldn’t even look at me or paid any attention because he was looking at another customer who came after me (who was being already helped by the other courteous employee), I had been very patient up to this point but I walked out. Read moreNon-existent service (employees). We attempted to purchase sandwiches the other night (May 4th around 5:45 pm). The front door to the business was propped open, even though the outdoor temps were in the low 80s. There was nobody (customers or employees) in the store, and we noted that the beverage refrigerator was propped wide open with a chair and appeared to be in the process of being stocked. We rang the bell on the countertop and waited a minute or so. After no response we rang it a few more times. After another minute or so we rang it vigorously a third time and also called out "hello, is there anybody here?" to the back of the store. Again, no response. We finally closed the door to the refrigerator (since it was letting all the cold air out) and walked outside. We did not see anyone. We decided to go somewhere else since we had a limited amount of time for dinner. Our hotel was across the street and we noted (a short while later) that someone (it appeared to be an employee) was lounging out on the deck around the back of the store. There still did not appear to be anyone in the store and the front door was still wide open. I'm sure there are security cameras in the store, but it seemed like anyone could have just walked in and taken whatever they wanted without any trouble. Read moreIt was about 30 minutes before they close at 10, and It is the night before the 4th of July. I had my fiancé get our order for the night but They had there toaster oven off.. After my fiancé had came back with the orders he had let me know. I was in charge for about a year under Perla, and occasionally Krista Antonio. I would get in a lot of trouble when I would even attempt to do anything like that. and after reading some of the reviews and knowing the local workers I decided to call subway. Our servers were Dani & Sarah! I had a very nice conversation with Sarah leading up to the reason of the oven being off; It takes an hour to clean it. Which makes sense because you have to wait for it to cool down then clean it with oven cleaner. It was late in my Sunday and it’s normally not busy. She had explained she wanted to clean it the night before for her weekly clean! Which means they are keeping it healthy & clean which I know they are staying safe and my sandwich can be toasted with a clean toaster every week! So I appreciate Sarah taking the time and explaining that to me with no hesitation or attitude. Very respectful, professional, and alway a delight to see her!
