Coolest barber in town (The Flat Top), best family restaurant (Sauce), best bagels ever (Little Shop), and the only place to see action/popular films (Ashland Street Cinemas), and various other attractions including a bookstore and "artisan emporium" (think flea market). However, it was cooler historically when there was the greatest game store Funagain, and the best video rental in the region DJ's. Honestly, the minimalist 70's strip mall vibe is starting to lose it's charm in a town that is quickly gentrifying. Could use more planters, and they ought to try to work with the businesses that make this place cool instead of letting them die d/t overblown rent in a pretty funky...
