I am only rating one star because 0 is not an option. Because I work in customer service management, I'm generally very understanding and not the type to complain. That being said, I cannot stress enough how terrible our experience. I reserved a birthday party for my daughter. When we arrived, no one could tell me what came with the party package. After about 30 mins I asked to speak to the manager who was arguing with another customer. I waited until they finished then asked what came with the party. She was not very pleasant, but did explain the party packages. She said someone would be in to give out game cards and tickets for the kids. We proceeded to open gifts and have ice cream while we waited. My boyfriend went and got a couple trays of ice cream for our guests. One of the children pointed out that the ice cream tasted funny. It was soured! I took the tray to the front and asked to speak to the manager. I was very polite when I told her we still had not received the party package and the ice cream tasted, and smelled, bad. The manager (blue shirt) proceeded to tell me that it was not her fault because she was not in charge of my party and that the ice cream smelled fine to her. At this point I was fuming. I said"are you the manager? If you are the manager then everything happening in this building is your responsibility. As the manager, you should be apologizing and asking me what you can do to fix the problem. She said "someone will bring you your game cards" then she proceeded to YELL AT THE EMPLOYEE in front of other employees and customers. She told the young associate to "get to her office now!" The manager was absolutely terrible. I feel so awful for the girl she hollered at. There is no way I will ever return due to hostile work environment, health code violation, poor management and customer...

Read moreIt was really busy and the lady working front cashier said it would be a 25 minute wait. So we decided to wait there inside. Then a staff from kitchen said there was a table open for us. So we paid at the register and when we was finished the other person disappeared. This was our first time there and was already confused so we ended up seating ourselves at one of the tables I saw open it hadn't been cleaned yet and wasnt sure where else to sit. The food was alright. The game room was fun but not very spacious at all very crowded. Gatti town prices are great though anywhere else I've been to the games are more expensive and you dont get as much with your tickets won. One thing I loved was that they use a reloadable card to pay for games and your tickets also load on the same card this is very convenient unless you are sharing a card with...
