Hardee’s — Restaurant in Ashland

Let me start by saying that this place was not especially busy. It was easily 10 - 15 minutes between customers. They were just hanging out when we walked in which tells me that even though they may have been short staffed, they weren't exactly hustling.

When our food came out, it was just a little warm. Not even hot. So it had probably been sitting under a heat lamp for a while which also confused me because it took forever to come out.

The place was nasty. The tables weren't wiped down and the trash was over flowing. Literally overflowing. It makes no sense because, like I said, they weren't exactly slammed.

Then I took my toddler daughter to the bathroom. There were NO baby changing stations. There was no toilet paper in one stall and the other stall had a roll of toilet paper that had clearly been dropped in the toilet. There were no big trash cans in the main part of the bathroom and the small trashcans in the stalls were ALSO overflowing. It makes me wonder if there is anything sanitary in this establishment. Clearly the employees don't care about cleaning what the public can see which makes me wonder what they clean, if anything, in the back. If I had seen the bathroom first, we would have gone elsewhere.

Don't stop here. Just keep going. It's gross, the food isn't hot, and the employees (and management) clearly don't care. I very rarely write horrible reviews as I once worked in fast food and know how difficult it can be. This was disgusting and worthy of a health...

My family and I just stopped here on our way down south. There is no Hardee's where we live, so whenever we make road trips, we like to stop at Hardee's. We were so looking forward to our meal, but after waiting 30 minutes (when there were only 3 other customers in the whole place), our food was cold and mushy. My 1/4 lb burger was SLOPPY. It was slathered in mayonnaise so heavy it was seeping out all over the place, the patty didn't even seem cooked all the way and it was cold, the tomatoes were mush, and the lettuce (the little that there was) was wilted. My kids' burgers (3 of them) and my husband's were the same. MUSHY and SLOPPY. My husband's Frisco burger wasn't even toasted. The fries were cold and tasted like old grease. If we hadn't gotten takeout and been anxious to get back on the road, after having spent an exorbitant amount of time there to begin with, I would've gone back in and asked for my money back. I wish I would've taken a picture of it before starting to eat it so you could see how nasty and unappetizing it was. It will be a long time before I'm ready to eat at...

so I ordered 12 sliders total... 6 baccon and 6 sausage... original total came to near 50 dollars... HOW! I can go to chic fil a for cheaper than that and get a smile from the people there not an attitude. So I point out the issue and she gets an attitude and closes the window and remakes the order to a new total of 35.88 before tax 39.93 after tax... so 10$ cheaper now for sliders that usually cost about 1.60 to 2 dollars each tops now cost 3$ each... i asked for grape and strawberry jelly and I look in my bag and there is nothing but the sandwiches ... no paper towels, not jelly, nothing... and the sandwiches are luke warm. So 7:30 am trying to get breakfast i get attitude, overcharged, not what I asked for and cold food... update, I get to work and the biscuits I suposidly paid extra for are not there but little slider buns instead... so what was all that for...
