Dear Wawa Team,
I wanted to bring to your attention a frustrating experience I had with my recent mobile pickup order. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I noticed that a significant portion was missing—I had ordered a kids’ meal, a sandwich, and a juice, but only received the sandwich.
When I addressed this with an employee named Karen, she was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to correct the issue or even offer an apology. Fortunately, another team member stepped in to resolve the missing items. However, when I got to my car and opened my sandwich, I realized it had ingredients I did not request, and the ingredients that I did request were missing which made it unenjoyable. Given that I paid $9 for the sandwich, I expected to receive what I ordered.
I did not return inside to have it corrected, as my initial interaction was already unpleasant. This experience was disappointing, and I hope this is not reflective of your company’s standard of service. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue to ensure better customer experiences in the future.
She didn’t have a name tag on I asked another employee her name and he informed me it...
Read moreI walked in here to get cigarettes and had already pulled up my marlboro mobile coupon because wawa has ALWAYS accepted them. As i am rnging up my order and she goes to scan it they then proceed to tell ne they can no ponger axcept them. Well if that is the case they need to take sogns down and put ones up to tell people they cannot take them. Because now i have wasted the coupon. Once it is pulled up you must use of pr lose it. She then says they cannot put up sogns telling people not to waste their coupons. Well then i am sorry but that is going to piss alot of people off. If you are anything like me a $1 is A $1 and in this economy wasting one is not cool. You guys need to fix this problem or let people know ahead of time not to to pull up their coupon. I will not buy my cigs from there anymore due to this. I will go to sheetz since they honor the coupons. So they...
Read moreTypical Wawa with a fairly fresh look and feel, but it is in a very difficult location if you are looking for easy access, reliable inventory and great customer service.
Super, crazy busy at the busiest intersection in Ashland, Virginia. hard to navigate into and then back out of the lot, depending on which way you want to go on either Route 1 (Washington Highway) or Route 54 (England Street).
Always a crowd inside which I am sure is absolutely exhausting for the staff there as people can be such jerks to them sometimes. They seem fatigued and sometimes it seems that they just can't get to restocking, or maybe the inventory just is not available.
Fresh food and coffee is up to the very good standard that Wawa keeps. Excellent. Thought it often takes a few extra minutes to get your made to order items given the number of people in line in...
