Starbucks — Restaurant in Ashland

So we went inside the order I ordered a chocolate frappe with whipped cream and a caramel frappe with decaf coffee soy milk and whipped cream we got our first drink the chocolate one it was perfect then I waited for my drink to come another drink was placed down that was completely opposite then the lady behind us got her drink. So I stood there looking at them the one girl came up and says do you need something. I said yeah my drink I said I ordered a frappe she said well she just charged you for a latte that's what it is I said no I want a frappe. Sorry I repeated my order two more times before I got my drink. There was at least six girls working in there last night February 22nd 2024. My friend heard me.
