I was standing at the counter waiting for the counter girl to finish cleaning a cookie tray before she would acknowledge me and then when I finally got to order was told they'd already "put the meatballs away about 10 minutes ago". This was 2 HOURS before closing. ( I was there at 6pm, they close at 8pm.) Their app glitched, but took my money. The restaurant never received my order, and wouldn't give me my money back either. When I called I was told that they would make my food, but when I arrived I got some guy instead and he called his manager who told him they couldn't do anything.
