So disappointing that im far from home and the phone from this company broke. I was turned away from them for a co woker of theirs making a mistake on my account and it becoming unaccessable. So disheartening to know that we dont care whats going on with your phone and with your situation. No assistance to see if i needed help with directions to get where i needed to get to, or to try and correct the problem, nothing. Sad enough to say if i where of caucasian decent (if my skin was lighter) I believe my experience would have been totally different. From me handing my DL to Kate to her slide slinging it back to me on the desk, sad ignorant and disrespectful! As i sat there in disbelief she laughed at me at me in my face recounting over and over again how she is not going to help me.Took enough abuse with Sprint for to long will not tolerate the abuse with this company also. Read moreThe sales rep was very nice and helpful and at first I would of rated it a 5 out of 5. However we could not complete the transfer that day. But our numbers were already transferred before the transaction could be complete. And now the numbers are locked and couldn’t be transferred without them being un ported first as told my a manager at AT&T and only the one that did the transfer could unlock the numbers. I called to get the numbers un ported so we could actually transfer them to AT&T and was told it would be done in 10 min. Now over a day later and still not able to transfer. Very bad follow up care...

The staff we went to reduce our bill and he legit scrolled through a .pdf paper bill for like 10 minutes and said our bill was high because trade ins. Now I went to school.
