Burger King — Restaurant in Ashland

So my husband and I ordered a medium onion ring, a 8 piece cheese sticks a whopper a rodeo burger and drinks when asked by the guy ringing us up what dipping sauces we wanted we said ranch for both. now I go get us a table and he is waiting for the food. The manager slides the tray to him, and my husband says I think you owe me another ranch because there was only one on the tray. The manager doesn't even look at what is on the tray and tells him it will be 50 cents. ... Had she looked she would have seen there was only on on the tray, but nope since she had to do something extra she just was going to charge for it. So I go up and ask her why she charged him. And very rude she points at my receipt and says it says one ranch. Now I'm getting upset because right above that it shows the rest of the order and another ranch. When I point that out, she starts yelling at me and goes to give me another ranch. I asked if she was the manager and she says yes she is. I told her she should have known better, and looked at the order. I also told her I didn't need another ranch. I should have asked for our 50 cents back. I am telling everyone I know, not to go to that burger king . It was...

Four years ago I was here and it was one star I left because it was not good. I decided 4 years is probably enough time to try again. Went for breakfast, everything was perfect. Had to go back to town, decided to get dinner on the way home, sat in the drive thru for half an hour, was not worth it.

The food gets a 3 because at least everything was made correctly but by the time I got my food one item was cold. If you want breakfast it's probably fine but if you want anything else just go to a full service restaurant because it will take just as long. In fact I've spent less time dining in at BWs, Bob Evans, both Mexican places, Dairy Queen, KFC, McDonalds, Wendy's, Perkins, and the restaurant at Grandpa's Cheese Barn.

Go literally anywhere else if it's not breakfast unless you have 40 minutes to spare and you really want...

Great manager at this place. I’m here right now waiting on a chicken sandwich but let me tell you what just happened. I’m ordering and asking questions (I do this to test the place I’m at) and so I say I’ll have that not saying a meal or anything. So she orders me the sandwich and I pay for it but thinkin, this is kind of low. So I ask her if that was the meal and she said noooooo. I say oh it’s okay never mind don’t worry about it. She says okay and everything is fine. This young woman still gets me the fries and a drink and apologizes. I of coarse praise her for doing this and tell her it was completely my fault but she is a great manager. See people, that’s how you get people back!!!!!! 5 stars to this Burger...
