My wife and I decided came here to eat during a trip to Ashland to visit some friends over memorial day weekend. I had the barnyard burger, mozzarella sticks and tater tots. My wife and grandson had the chicken strips and tater tots. The burger was without question the best burger I've ever had! A little messy, as any great burger should be, but well worth it! It was, in my opinion, a culinary masterpiece! The tater tots, mozzarella sticks and chicken strips had a perfect balance of crisp and taste! We decided to splurge after deliberating for a whole second on wether or not to get pie...of course pie won! We both had a piece of chocolate and banana cream and we were not disappointed. The only hard feeling are that of our scale and waistbands. Needless to say, if you're visiting Ashland for whatever reason, or you're a town local and Ashland is all you've ever known this restaurant is an absolute must have! It's not exactly hidden, but it's definitely a gem! If we ever come back we're going to take their menu challenge of eating 1 of everything on the menu! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Now I'm going to go fall into a food coma til God...

So they had been there a while and were still there as I was leaving. It was not busy and two employees spent most of their time standing at the counter talking, so one of them could have taken the time to bus the table. By the way, there was another table left with dishes when other customers left and there was no sign that it was going to be bussed anytime soon. Inexcusable when the...
Read moreWas in Ashland Kentucky for an appointment and have been wanting to try this little diner out. I ordered the biscuits and gravy to go. Service great the ladies are very nice and the place was a little clean diner. I guess I should have called and asked if the gravy was homemade or package my mistake. The biscuits weren't too bad and the gravy tasted a little bit like Libby's canned sausage gravy with maybe some type of beef cube or broth mixed with it. I'm getting so tired of all these little restaurants serving biscuits and gravy and can't even take the time to make homemade. if I want packaged or canned gravy I can do that...
