The blonde middle aged lady who works cashier will be the downfall of this location. We all know who she is. I read several other reviews calling her out for her attitude towards customers.

My girlfriend and I went in excited for coffee and ice cream, when we walked in, the place was completely empty. Not even a worker. No big deal. After a minute or so the older blonde lady comes out all frazzled. As if we just interrupted her from something very important.

She was super short, rude And bothered when my girlfriend didn't specify if she wanted a sample of the chocolate ice cream or if she wanted a small cup. She pretty much rushed us out of the establishment, to get back to whatever it was she was doing in the back. I lost all desire to give this place my money after a few moments with this lady. I walked out empty handed which is a shame because I was ready for a treat.

I hate to rate 1 star for one bad egg, but she's that bad. She ruined our experience and was the rudest customer service encounter I have had in years. Looking at the ribbon cutting photos, it almost looks like the lady in those photos. It would be a real shame if this sour woman is part of...

We had Whit's cater frozen custard at our wedding, and they were one of my favorite vendors to work with! Every single person I worked with was so incredibly sweet and helpful from the initial contact, to the tasting, to the day of the wedding. I worked with Emily the most, and she made everything so easy. There was so much flexibility in what they offered too! If we wanted a specific flavor, they worked with us to make it. Emily even made sure that the way they set up the table at our wedding would work well with the rest of our decorations. Then an unexpected highlight was being able to take home the leftover frozen custard and toppings that were not eaten during the reception. Such a treat! I should also say that the frozen custard itself was absolutely delicious! It was so fun having it at our wedding, and our guests loved it! I’ll definitely be getting Whit’s Frozen Custard every time...

I had always heard that this place is nice, now that the pandemic is pretty much over, I am starting to get out a bit more versus before.

If you don't know what frozen custard is, you should definitely give it a try.

Honestly, for me I would like to have just the frozen custard itself, it's freaking delicious. If you can imagine like a dairy-type ice cream with thickness added from eggs, that's what this is.

It is so smooth and creamy!

The inside is very nice, very homey, with lots of wooden accents inside and inviting interior along all the walls.

I would definitely recommend this place if you like sweet, cool things, and a great environment! Just look for the light blue building on the left (coming from the bridge) or the right, coming from 29th street!
