Took nearly two minutes before the obviously upset woman to even acknowledge our presence, then then was very short with us when she took our order. After waiting half an hour and seeing others who had come in after us get their food I finally went up and asked about the status of our order. She walked away, presumably to check, but then we waited at least another minute before I had to get her attention again, which was when she informed me that she had lost the receipt. No apology, no trying to help make it better, just that was what happened. When I found out that in half an hour our food wasn't even started I asked for a refund. While waiting she told me her boss was an idiot and was short-staffed, and even though I hadn't been in customer service for a while I'm pretty sure complaining to the customers is a no-no still.
As we left my wife had cleaned the table save for the soda cups, the only thing we had gotten, and then she snarked at us for not tossing them! Are you kidding?! The store was not terribly busy and being short staffed is no excuse for that abysmal customer service. If you are looking for somewhere to eat there are plenty of great places on Oneida St, but this was definitely not one of them and I recommend...
Read morePulled up to the drive thru to order my food the lady said order when you are ready. Told her I wanted a number 6 half pound (cheddar roast beef). She then proceeded to yell to the people in the store about other orders and to the people at the window rather turning off her mic. She then repeated what I had said I wanted. I then said I'd like a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. She then asked if I wanted the number six. So I had to slow it all down and repeat that I wanted a number six half pound with the curly fries and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. She told me the price and come to the window. At the window she took my card and gave it back with No reciept. She never asked if I wanted any sauces. Bu this time I'm running late to get back to work. So I eat my fries and mozzarella sticks on my way back. When I get back to work and open my sandwich i found that it was a number 5 just regular roast beef. And the meat is still pink in color not even cooked right. Whole sandwich was cold. Normally I dont do reviews but this one irked me due to the lady at the window major...
Read moreI could say soo much about Arby’s right now but I won’t all I will say is that they are unprofessional, inconsiderate, discriminatory, disrespectful, rude, and treat their employees terribly. Not everyone that works for them is horrible but there’s so much the world doesnt know but they will soon because unfortunately they discriminated and were very hostile and messed over the wrong person who won’t just keep their mouths shut! Be careful and make sure they are wearing their gloves dont want to get sick! And changing their dates this issue happens at a lot of them including the one on Monroe/GV- so crazy how they can let drugs run through that place and shift managers taking money from the safe and GMs sexually harassing others and nothing gets done well this time it will be known all of it will be…sorry to those good workers that are there it’s not...
