Seating, signage, seat numbering is all horrible. I appreciate ushers, but signage should also direct me to my seat; it does not. They even had printed notes taped to some railings, but it was still confusing. I watched an usher direct people to the wrong seats multiple times, and they were even carrying seat maps. A beautiful, smallish performing arts center with good quality shows and, frankly, not a bad seat in the house. I think that many of their shows appeal to a senior audience, but that may simply be coincidence.
