DIRT the Clean Juicery — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

I was pretty bummed. I just recently tried dirt on lineville road and was pleasantly surprised. I got the chunky monkey smoothie and it was amazing and totally made my headache feel better. However, I live closer to the one in ashwaubenon so I chose to go there and take my whole family. We all picked out a smoothie and I thought I got the kids size ones but got the big ones accidentally. But my smoothie did not taste the same as it did at the one on lineville. It had chunks in it and the one I got in ashwaubenon did not have chunks in it. Although the lady did ask me if I like the nibs.... But I really didn't like that it costed more. I'm sorry dirt but I will not...

Sick and tired of whoever is ordering supplies through Instacart and then tipping like an absolute degenerate. Dozen items like alternative milks and juices and organic items and can’t even tip 10$ while you syphon money from the community in the name of overpriced healthy food and ask for tips for your employees because you can’t just pay them enough that they don’t need to be tipped. Do better. Bona Fide Juice and Starbucks actually tip good because they are businesses that appreciate other people in a tipping based industry! Posted on behalf of 7 community Instacart...

Our order was a smoothie and smoothie bowl. The smoothie bowl took 43 minutes. I believe you have a process issue. Smoothie bowls are placed face down and our order had multiple bowls stacked on top. The first bowl down was the last one to be made, which is why our order took almost 45 minutes. It can be very frustrating for people to get served before you that ordered after. I also noticed workers looking at the bottom of the bowl to see the name and order multiple times per bowl. I’d look into more efficient options like using the lids or receipts.
