The food here is pretty decent. This location is very poorly run. Came here to get food a few months ago on a Saturday night, and there was a hand written sign saying “online orders only”. I asked the staff why, and they told me “ the lobby was too full of people so we hung the sign to clear it out”. Really weird and lazy. Tonight they had another hand written sign on the door saying “ we are out of lettuce, white rice, black beans ,sour cream, and chips”. So basically they are out of everything (at 5pm on a Sunday). There were 9 of us outside and we all (except for one) ended up making the short trip up the street to chipotle. The line there was out the door probably full of qdoba customers. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise because I forgot how much I like chipotle. No weird hand written signs, fresher ingredients, clean work stations, when an ingredient was low someone was right there with more (unlike Qdoba staff yelling for more just to be ignored). Maybe the staff here needs a field trip to chipotle to see how they should be. I think they need to look into the management at Qdoba or they will end up closing with the current issues they have. Read moreI love this place! My girlfriend and I are inside. The food and service was great, however, the management decided to reprimand one of the employees out in the dining room next to us. I'm not going to go over what was said, but I had a big problem with how it was being said. At one point one of them mentioned how I was shaking my head and used it out of context against the employee. To clarify, I wasn't shaking my head at whatever they were reprimanding her about, I was shaking my head at them telling her how she doesn't care about the job etc. And then to point me out, I could have gone up and confronted them about it, and it took a lot within me not to. I'm currently still at the place writing this review cuz I understand it's not my battle, but I do hope that woman finds a place that can appreciate their workers enough to maybe have conversations like that out of the public eye, or talk to their employees with more respect, or for the love of God not point out random customers out of context like that. Its absolutely disgusting to me, and I wish the management would have behaved a lot more...
Read moreManager Torrie refused to fulfil order 40 minutes last pickup time on doordash. Originally came in waited 10 minutes to talk to anyone. Granted they were running a shirt staff the younger guy working with her found the time to see what order i had. He asked me to wait while they got it ready. After 40 minutes of waiitng and being avoided after i asked Torry(come to find out shes a manager) how come they havent began working on old orders before new customers walking in the door. She told me the people that continued coming in after my arrival had waited long time. She knew this because she kept walking away after shed notice me coming to see what was going on. Out of no where she told "just leave because im not gonna give you the order anyways" i politely asked her name at first she refused. she asked me why i told her so i could speak to a manager she told me "its not like its gonna matter anyways. im a manager" Really sudden and sporatic catty behavior from someone...
