We're long-standing customers who enjoy bonus star offerings from time to time. On Day 4 of a challenge to buy 6 days in a row earning 100 bonus stars, I bought a Venti Caramel Macchiato and was charged only half-price due to another promotion. Realizing I cannot duplicate promos on the same purchase, I stopped a 2nd time,- an hour+ later purchasing a Venti dark roast (paying full price). As I was ready to leave home the next day to pick up my 5th day challenge - I noticed on my phone app that I failed to complete challenge!! I can prove I purchased product (actually twice). No one can correct this?? How can I get charged & yet they say I didn't buy anything?? Starbucks had best remedy this or I will get my coffee from any other very good local coffee houses all over De Pere and Green Bay!! I feel mistreated and...

I ordered a Sugar cookie Almond Milk Latte with a Sub of Whole milk because I have a slight allergy to some nuts- and don’t want to test it with almonds. My drink was make with almond milk and I when they realized it said whole milk they added a splash to the top. Luckily I caught it and didn’t drink too much, but didn’t have time to go back. Rainy and first week back to school after break, needed caffeine to wake up. This was the closet place so I decided to drop in. The staff were all outgoing and my drink was made quickly. It was delicious so whoever made it thank you. The location is new and the building was repurposed from a restaurant, so I love that environmentally conscious choice on their part- yay!
