Would give a 0 star if I could. Online ordering is down, cannot place an order unless you physically go to the restaurant. Worst customer service I've received over the phone, nobody willing to adapt to keep their business going for the day. The call went as followed - Panda - "Sorry our online ordering is down, and we can't take a order over the phone, as we can't take payment over the phone." Me - "That's fine I'll pay when I get there." Panda - "We don't have a place to put your food sir. it may get stolen." Me - "What? Where do you put your online orders?" Panda - "In a designated area." Me - "Great, seeing's how your online ordering system is down, you have a place for my order over the phone." Panda - "Well we won't have a receipt or a name for your order." Me - "My names Justin, put it on a piece of paper, I know what I've ordered, I'll come pay for it and get it." Panda - "Sorry we can't."
There's not 1 Chinese restaurant in town that will turn down your order over the phone right now in exception of Panda Express. If I were the owner, I'd be looking at replacing management ASAP. Mr. Ginger gets my business today and from here on out....Great food, to bad they don't have employees that can figure out how to overcome simple obstacles....good help is hard to...
Read moreI drove up the other night at 9:28 pm thinking the location closed at 10 pm instead of 9:30 pm. When I rolled down my window, the order box had an automatic message saying “Sorry we’re closed” - so I rolled up my window and started driving away. I then heard a voice through the box say “No wait! You can still order something. We just may not have everything you want”. I couldn’t believe it. I have never seen a fast food place do that. When I came up to the window, I thanked the guy several times for allowing me to order something. He asked if I had just got off work - which I had and said I was starving. He then gave me 10% of my order and I seriously thought I was being Punk’d. I’m used to getting off late and often I’ll just go home and eat a snack, but I hadn’t ate much that day and really wanted a full meal. He didn’t know that when I pulled up, but I think he could tell and his kindness meant so much. Johnathan H you are the man. Thank you for your generosity towards someone just wanting to stuff their face with Panda Express after a long day 🙏🏼 This was three days ago and I still can’t stop thinking about how something so small...
Read moreI’ve been here twice and it was terrible both times. First time, portions were tiny and the food was cold like I was served what was left before a new batch was made. I was on a short lunch break, so I called immediately to request it be replaced, when I went back to have it replaced later that day, the girl helping me was rude and gave me a hard time as though I had eaten the food - even though my main concern when I called was the portion size. I am now sitting in the parking lot waiting for my order to be replaced yet again - this time I received an entirely wrong order, the girls were again rude and I’ve been waiting in the parking lot for at least 20 min.
Nether time was I’m sorry for the inconvenience said or compensation given.
Got my food - there was no shrimp in the steak and shrimp (which they up charge you $1.25 for) and there was no chicken in the Kung Poe chicken. I just don’t understand how you miss main ingredients... it’s in the name...
