I absolutely LOVE eaThai! It is one of the best restaurants in the area - and though it is a tad small in space, don't let that fool you. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly and helpful and their menu is diverse and can be amended to your preference. I adore their Panang Curry, Pad Thai, Larb Gai, Veggie Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay and Pineapple Fried Rice. My friends can tell you that their other dishes are good, too. eaThai's take-out has always been just as ordered and the quantity is plentiful! Ok. I had mentioned that you can amend the dishes and I do this all the time. Whether you order delivery or takeout online (of course you can eat there as well), there are boxes you can check for double meat, spice level and a place to type in special instructions. For instance, when I am sharing a couple of dishes with friends, I can double the chicken in the Panang Curry and it's more than enough for 2! I also check TWO boxes when it comes to spice level. I check medium and extra spicy and the chef knows exactly what I mean - hotter than medium, but not burning my brain hot...just perfect! During this crazy pandemic, everyone who works there has been cautious and safe. I went there one evening to pick up food I had ordered and one young man was answering the phones, packaging takeout orders, taking walk-in orders and handling payments. I guess somebody didn't show up, but they made it work and while I was in the restaurant there were a few other people waiting for their food. Do you know what was cool? Every customer there who had been to eaThai before respected the staff and the restaurant. Nobody cared that if we had to wait an extra 5 or 10 minutes. And this young man had a couple of very difficult phone calls, but he was super professional and very kind to the people on the other end of the phone. SO...we chatted and laughed until our various orders were ready and we ALL wanted to pitch in and help this guy who was running ragged by himself. HINT: if you do go online to order takeout or delivery, please go to the eaThai website to order that way instead of through the major companies (like GrubHub) who deliver restaurant food. It saves the...

I used to come to this place heavily since 2010 because I worked down the street. I never had any issues with the food till now and I always order the same entrees. Bought shrimp pad Thai, shrimp basil fried rice, calamari and veggie rolls. My husbands pad Thai was not fresh at all soon as he ate it he got a stomach ache, shrimp was old. My shrimp basil fried rice was unflavored and just salty, I get it all the time and there was a huge difference my shrimp wasn’t fresh either. The calamari was hard with no taste. Only thing that was ok was the veggie roll. I am so disappointed as a frequent customer. I called and she asked if we wanted a new batch I said no thank you I’d rather just have my money back especially driving almost 30 minutes. She said I would have to wait for the manager the next business day so I will update how that goes. Just avoid or go when the owner is there, because he makes sure he the food is tasty and even one time delivered to me at the parking lot. I don’t know what is going on but they need to fix this ASAP or they’ve lost a loyal customer.

UPDATE: Manager called me the next day and refunded my money immediately. He was super nice no attitude or anything and promised to make up for it if I visited. Maybe I will just because of his...

Very dissapointed. The place was small and empty and not so clean looking. Greeter didn’t greet me at all just said fried rice once I entered the place. I seen nothing but black specs on the food when I opened the bag and seen the food through the clear plastic top. I paid anyway even though I knew that was a sign of a dirty grill! When I got home I was starving and just wanted to eat. I took one bite and was disgusted! The rice was over cooked and the dish smelled like a wet dog which also the restaurant had same stench when I entered. They even had the nerve to leave half the shell and the tail on the shrimp which I only seen 2 in my entire dish! My order was chicken fried rice no tomatoes with extra shrimp! I called and he said I can come get my money back. I’m still working so I didn’t leave right away to take it back plus I’m trying to figure out now what am I gonna eat! The guy calls me 30 mins later and said he will cancel my card charge and no need to bring food back I can give away or eat it. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog! The worst Thai food I’ve ever had! I feel sickly from...

Came here for the first time on a late Saturday lunch. Service was attentive and friendly. Everything we order had a good portion size for a Thai restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Didn't leave the place hungry. The papaya salad was pretty good-- good portion but only gave one big shrimp (bummer) though was a bit too salty from the fish sauce. The Pad See Ew was really good. The sauce wasn't too sweet compared to other places and I like how the flat/wide noodles were not cut too thin and was very wide! The crab meat fried rice was pretty good but the sauce used was a bit too sweet for me regarding a fried rice entree. The crab meat taste sweet and fresh. The Eathai noodles was just alright. Flat/wide noodles were used for this entree. It is curry based but sauce/gravy was also a tad too sweet which makes it a bit weird in my opinion. Wouldn't order this again. Would definitely come back to try their Pad Thai and curry entrees.

Sad to say that the owner is much more pleasant than the food. While the flavor is fairly on point, the pad see ew was scorched and even smells burnt with just a few tiny florets of broccoli, the green curry is lackluster with just some basil and bamboo shoots, and the spicy eggplant is overcooked and macerated, bathing in so much oil that the fried tofu in it have turned into little oil soaked sponges! It wasn't expensive but not cheap either. And though I hate wasting food, I think the curry is the only thing we can stomach to eat, the rest is rubbish. Very disappointed and hoping they can improve, but I will not be returning.
