Dunkin' — Restaurant in Aston Township

Add money to the app and order something for walk-in service. Get there and there are 11 cars in the drive thru, so I was so happy with my strategic planning! Go to open the door to pick up my order and it’s locked. Surely the other door is unlocked, since they offered walk-in service. Nope. Why? Why offer walk-in service if you’re gonna lock the doors and surprise customers when they get there to pick up their orders? Profits, that’s why. The owner clearly wants to increase sales by misleading customers, and this location always has at least 2-4 customer at their drive thru. People who order walk in for convenievce are now forced to get to the back of the consistently busy drive thru line....all so the owner can trick people into ordering walk in when they would’ve never ordered if they had to use the drive thru. This particular Dunkin location in Aston,Pa has gone down hill. I placed a mobile order for pick up via drive through- order took me 30 minutes to get and had to circle through drive through 2 times then had to park and have them bring out to me. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. So I get part of an order than have to wait 20-30 minutes for rest and have cold food while waiting for remainder of order. The entire time waiting there were not many cars in the drive though so no idea why drinks and food took forever. The drinks were ordered (frozen) but mostly liquid when we got them so I take it they sat until food was ready. Think I will go out of my way to another location as they have to figure out some stuff to get working...

Orders are rarely correct - I don’t get how it’s that hard?! They either don’t have chai and replace w/ coffee and don’t tell me, or their chai is somehow mixed w/ coffee, which is odd. Never tastes like chai that is at literally every other Dunkin. Asked for toasted bagel, but was not toasted and tasted like chemicals. Any other Dunkin does 2 pumps flavor and you can taste - here I have to get 3 pumps and barely taste the flavor. Only go here when I’m lazy and don’t feel like driving to Glen Mills, but I’m def going to just make the extra few mins drive to to Glen Mills. They never mess up the order & everything tastes good there. Reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one who has had issues at...
