This was not the experiment I expected. I have eaten at Olive Gardens in numerous locations for years. This was the worst one I have been to. When we first got there, the restaurant was not busy. There were no lines at the door, etc. We were the only people at the hostess stand. The hostess greeted us then walked away. About 10 minutes later, she came back and said just a minute, walked away, and then returned about 5 minutes later. We finally then were seated. Once seated, we had several problems. First light fixture above the table was filled with bugs. It was very unclean and unappetizing. We almost left. Ordering our food went great. The waitstaff was friendly and had a great attitude (the reason for giving 3 stars). The salad came to our table already with dressing (we were never asked what dressing we wanted). It was a shared salad, so we thought we would be getting dressing on the side. The chicken tortellini was burnt and caused the whole plate to taste burnt ( the waitstaff referred it to management, who gave us a free dessert and removed the item off the ticket. Another reason for the 3 stars) The problem was they kept trying to insist that we order a replacement meal. We kindly said no numerous times. Most of the food was great. My eggplant Parmesan was some of the best I have had in this area. You could really taste the eggplant flavor, and the breading stayed nice and crunchy with lots of flavor. We waited over 20 minutes once seated to place our order. ( so total from walk in to order 35 minutes in a not busy restaurant) I may come order the eggplant Parmesan to go, but we won't be eating here again. Hope it gets better for others.

Decided to treat myself after church and on the eve of Beryl, so I looked up nearest Olive Garden. This one was just around the corner! Ms. Mia, hostess, greeted me at the door with a smile, asked for my seating preference. Since I was solo, I opted to dine at the bar. Dropped off my sweater and asked the gentleman at the end of the bar to watch out for me. I'll be right back after washing my hands. (The women's WC was picobello!). He truly did watch for me! When I came back, a menu and dinnerware was already placed. Ms. Erin, my server, came within a minute to greet me. She has such a beautiful smile! First, I ordered a regular coffee to look at the menu. Of course, the ham that I am for shrimp and bacon, my eyes flew to the "new" Shrimp Carbonara, yum! With it comes either soup or salad. My choice: Creamy Gnocchi soup. To round it off, I ordered Tirimisu with an espresso shot. The soup was creamy deliciousness, Gnocchi firm and done. With the breadsticks a meal of and by itself! And, oh, the shrimp carbonara, mouth-watering!!! The noodles al dente. Shrimp just right. Peppers and bacon adding extra flavor and texture. The Tirimisu is a dream here! What really impressed me, beside the food, was Ms. Erin herself. Constantly keeping her eyes open to the needs of her diners. She was also attentive and courteous to her co-workers! It was a pleasure just watching her in action! Keep it up, Ms. Erin! To top it off, the gentleman I mentioned earlier, unbeknownst to me, picked up my tab! A great big "Thank you! What a wonderful life!

Had a horrible experience here at around 12pm on a Thursday. Came for a quick lunch break and the place was not busy compared to dinner so I expected a quick lunch. I was incorrect. Got seated at 12:02pm in a section with only two other tables. Server was at table next to us and then walked off. He then came back to his other tables and then walked off again. He came back again and went to his other table and continued to ignore us until the host came back around and asked us for our drink order at 12:25pm. He finally brought us our drinks but gave me sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened. Ordered calamari as appetizer and tasted uncooked and the silverware was not polished. Horrible service and will likely not go back again after this experience.

OMG went for lunch and ordered spaghetti and meatballs from lunch menu only to find when it arrived that it was a previously cooked and frozen meatballs. Wow! are yawl really that lazy you cannot make fresh meatballs from scratch daily, it is very easy to do not that difficult. I asked the waitress how much an extra meatball would cost as an add-on when first ordering and she told me $2.99. Formerly a professional chef with many years on Italian grill... now retired, those meatballs was totally disgusting because when I received my order it was spongy flavorless processed meat that you would get from the frozen section of any low-class supermarket. I almost barfed, just gross. I also asked for a Caesar Salad and was told they no longer carry that type of salad, I guess the food cost is more than they want to spend. What kind of Italian restaurant doesn't have an Italian American created Caesar salad on the menu. So, they brought me out a huge bowl of mixed salad instead. This salad was so overdressed with ranch dressing like they know how much dressing I prefer on my salad; they should have sent the dressing on the side. While eating the salad I noticed a whole pepperoncino in the mix, and they were too lazy to cut off the long stem before putting it in the mix. Opaque tomatoes not that fresh, I do not believe their food standards are very high at this restaurant. The soup and breadsticks were good even though again they were too lazy to peel the potatoes before putting them in the soup. I also ordered grilled chicken alfredo. It was cold and the chicken did not even taste freshly grilled, it was almost like it was leftover chicken from the night before and someone threw it on the flat top to warm it up. The alfredo cream sauce came to me broken because it was improperly prepared or maybe leftover from the night before also. I cannot believe yawl can even call yourself an Italian restaurant. When I spend $50 for lunch, I expect my food to be fresh and hot and not yesterday's garbage. Someone needs to show these guys how to cook fresh real Italian food if they want to charge those type of prices. The marinara that came with the spaghetti and meatballs was mediocre and definitely was not made fresh, tasted more like can or plastic bagged. The waitress then asked if I would like freshly grated parmesan on basically everything I ordered, I said sure and after tasting it only to find out it was some cheap parmesan cheese that tasted bland with no rich flavor like it should. They should try spending a few dollars more and getting a Belgioioso American Grana, it might actually add some flavor to the previously processed frozen food they serve. Now I see why there is so many Olive Gardens everywhere, they are charging everyone high prices as if they are making fresh real Italian food but sending out cheap previously processed garbage. They are totally robbing the public and if people knew better by tasting fresh real Italian food, they would not go to any Olive Gardens ever again. I see why they want to push the liquor on you before you order, because you will need to be a little blitzed before you eat that food. Now every time I drive by an Olive Garden, I will be getting the...

  • BAD SERVICE ** Wanting to address a review on this location, an unpleasant experience, we are near 20 years customers of yours, however the service at Olive Garden has gone down so much, that we are thinking of Soping to go to your restaurants, the welcoming at your stores is not as a Family oriented as it used to be, the attention to the customers its pretty much Technical, kind of a drive-thru fast food restaurant, the difference is that compare to the price High, the service its very low, we get better service at Whataburger, Culverts which they are amazing, or any other fast food....I am sorry to compare you to fast food restaurants, and for sure I am not trying to offend the fast food industry. "YOUR SERVICE GOT SO MUCH DOWN" its a shame, even our children brought it to our attention, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt before I post the review, however looking at the many NEGATIVE reviews not only this Store but many others around. we have choose your restaurant for an special occasion of Valentines and UNFORTENATELY was not sweet as you would expect it to be, we have purchased as we normally do, appetizers, salad, main course meal for each of us Party of Five "Family", our drinks, and my Wife and I purchased a Sangria to celebrate, sometimes we ordered bottle of wine, and any unfinished portion has been always allowed for us to take it Home, our experience today we cut our meals short, and wanted to leave the restaurant, I had to ask many times for items needed to our table, I guess there was a shift of crew, a lot of waitresses gathering just chatting but not taking care of the customers, Managers and assistant managers pretty much in the same page, you really can tell what are there names, as the name badges the personnel wears are all scrambled hard to read, believe me I want it to give names, but I couldn't read any of them, plus the employees very hard accesible to talk, they were there but they hardly connect with customers, there was a tall black lady, I guess she was a Manager or assistant, we got her attention, requesting that we will like to take our special drink we have ordered to be taking home, which we paid $19.50 and had barely touch it, as we have asked a boy that works there before and he have stated sure no problem, let me bring you a container, he didn't show up back again, we waited for 15 minutes or so, anyway its not how much we paid or the drink it self, "ITS THE WAY THIS LADY TALK BACK TO US" that plus the unpleasant experienced made me to write this review, about your service, we spent over $144.00 usd but what is more of loosing other than the money spent, its our time and the sour taste of the experienced with my Family, please take this as constructive criticism to improve service, not much for your benefit $$$, but please do it FOR THE CUSTOMERS NAD THE LOYAL CUSTOMER LIKE...

I placed an online order on April 9,2020 at 8:39pm. Upon completing the order I received a confirmation email with my pick up date and time of April 10, 2020 at 9pm. I then called the local store to correct the date and time for today. I was advised "orders after 8:30pm would be prepared for the following day". I then asked if there could or would be an exception as this was not communicated prior to placing the order and my response was met by a strong "No thats the guidelines". I was then told I can speak with the manager but was placed on an extensive hold. After holding for exactly 8 minutes, I disconnected the call and redialed the store only to be placed on yet another hold. I was about 7 minutes from the store location and proceeded as I was unclear on whether or not my food would in fact be ready for pick up. I was greeted at the door by an associate since the dining area is closed and they are not allowing customers inside. I asked to speak with the manager and explained to him the confusion of the online ordering and how the associate who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. The manager on duty at the time, Andrew stated the associate did not know the order could be changed and then began to go back and forth with me because I stated whether he knew it or not there is still a way to communicate in a professional manner. Beyond that, I asked for the general managers name and information and Andrew then tells me I need to wait in my car away from the door because of the social distancing guidelines. I exclaimed I am more than 6 feet away from the door and did not want to wait in my car. I was just fine standing outside. Again, he wants to go back and forth with a customer for no reason at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I advised he could just cancel the order as I no longer wanted to eat at that establishment and was afraid something would be...
