Summer China Diner — Restaurant in Texas

High prices, mediocre food, small portions. My first time eating here recently and I ordered 2 plates, one General Tso, and one Orange Chicken for takeout, plus 2 egg rolls (they do not come included). The total was $35. Each plate was $12.50, and wait for it.... each egg roll was $3.50... EACH (I am pretty sure these are the PF changs frozen eggroolls too!) I really thought I had heard the man wrong when he said the total on the phone, but there it was, $35 for 2 plates. So I said to myself, this food has to be really good if they are charging so much, right? Nope. The food was meh. They use chicken breast instead of thighs, the pieces were huge, like 4 bites and each plate came with about 5 pieces, the chicken itself had no flavor and was dry, all the flavor was in the sauce, which was, really sweet and also lacked flavor. No vegetables, not a singular piece of broccoli, and the rice was a small side in a small traditional take out container. Personally, I'll pay the price if the food is worth it, but this place is not worth it at all. It tasted like frozen food you can get from the grocery store. Step up your game if you wanna charge $3.50 for one little...

If I could give 0 stars I would! I was highly disappointed in the experience today. I decided to try this place because I was in the area and wanted some fried rice. The rice was bland and mushy, just basic steamed rice. The chicken had a really weird texture. I tasted this food that's all as you can see by the picture, spoke with the waiter and he asked if I wanted something else. Then he proceeded to say he would ask the manager first, came back to say the manager said no. I then asked to speak to the manager and he walked off. He avoided the table, no manager ever came out. I asked again for the manager and he says the manager is not there. They make no attempt to satisfy their customer. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. Went around 5 pm and place was empty so was skeptical at first but glad I gave a new place a chance Friendly servers/Owners Food didn't take long at all

Awesome local spot to eat at ,got the dinner for two deal that included everything except drinks Reasonably priced had a full take out box to go because of the amount that was given

Orange chicken 7/10 Beef broccoli 9/10 Egg roll 10/10 MUST TRY super well seasoned and full of flavor Rangoon 9/10 really tasty too little sweet IMO but very good Wonton soup 8/10 first time trying wonton soup and glad I did Fried rice was literally just fried rice lol 7/10
