Salata — Restaurant in Atascocita

I forgot my lunch that i Meal prepped and needed something semi healthy for lunch while at work. Salads has Great salad with lots of options. I think i got like ten different things on my salad. The small is plenty of food for me and i may be able to get two meals out of it. Even with that being said it just kind of kills me to pay $10 for a salad. But i guess it’s better for me to do that than to pay $10 for chic fil a and get nuggets and fries. So I’ll be enjoying my salad for lunch/dinner today. Side note it was king of frustrating trying to find the restaurant because the sign when you enter The shopping center is a little further down from the actual restaurant which is misleading. I ordered 4 wraps on the Salata app to be delivered to my house and only received 3. I called the store to inquire and the manager was rude and stated, “It’s not our fault, we packed 4, call Uber eats for a refund.” I don’t want a refund, I want the wrap I am missing and was charged for. She suggested I place another order on the app, I explained I should not have to pay a second delivery fee, to which she replied, “that’s not my problem.” I was shocked by her response. I called Door Dash (the manager should know their app uses Door Dash) and they told me they have nothing to do with this and to call the store. So now Salata robbed me the cost of a meal. I have never had a manager be so rude and incompetent, you guys should hire someone who knows what...

Ive actually been coming to this place since it opened & ive not had one single issue HOWEVER today I was extreamly disgusted with my visit to the point I walked out on my salad being made. The young lady who was preparing my salad seemed to be upset about doing her job. She proceeded to scrape up the toppings off of the counter top & put them in my salad (cross contamination) the first time she did it I think she didnt think I noticed so I didnt say anything but she did it a second time with my tomatoes. I stepped back & I told her I did not want it and also informed her that it was unsanitary for her to scrape toppings off of the counter to place in my salad. Then I left. This was very unfortunate because I was looking forward to having a salad...
