I cannot express my disappointment with this bar. This used to be my favorite dive bar in Athens, but unfortunately, that is no longer the case. There are a lot of bars where you need to meander through drunk college students and deal with the nonsense that ensues. Boar's Head is not like that. It is a great place to just grab a pint with friends and maybe shoot a game of pool, or maybe hang out outside if the weather is nice enough. I always enjoy going here. This is our first stop of the night when my friends and I go bar hopping. They have free popcorn. Darts are always cool to play.
