The Chick- Fil-A in Athens is the best food place to go eat at when you are hungry and want something quick and easy. The cost of most things is very reasonable. They are not too pricey or too low; they are just right. Their service is immaculate, very quick, and tidy. The food is delicious and top tier. Nothing can compare to the food they serve. If you are ever needing a quick meal choose Chick-Fil-A.

When choosing a place to eat people will always look at the price of the food. Chick-Fil-A has very reasonable prices. You are not going to be paying an absurd amount for a meal; the average meal would be ten dollars. Chick-Fil-A even has an app and in the app you have the opportunity to earn rewards. By earning rewards you can get free food. So, for those worried about the prices of the food do not be because they are great for everyone.

The Chick-Fil-A in Athens service is the number one in the world. They never fail to serve their customers. All their employees are very friendly and accommodate their customers' needs. The workplace is exceptionally clean, tidy, and welcoming. I used to work at a Chick-Fil- A and they are extremely strict on making sure everything is sanitized, clean, and saying “Welcome to Chick-Fil-A" after every customer that walked in. They are known for their quick service. If you need a quick reliable service on the way to work, school, or when you are running late, go to your local Chick-Fil-A you will not regret it. When you think about fast food having quick service, you will think that they will get your order wrong. You are wrong. The Athens one strives to achieve accuracy and will never get your order wrong while being quick with their delivery.

Finding a suitable place to eat and not having to worry about whether the food is good can be quite frustrating. Choosing to go eat at Chick-Fil-A you will not have a single problem with that. The breakfast is delicious and on top of that they have many options like chicken minis, burritos, bowls, hashbrowns, biscuits, etc. If you do not like certain foods they have a variety to choose from on their lunch menu: salads, wraps, sandwiches (spicy, deluxe, and original), fries, parfaits, mac and cheese, etc. They have many more foods available for their lunch/breakfast menus, but those are just my top favorites. On top of having a variety of great food they also have a variety of sauces. You do not have to eat your food with just the same old repeated sauce every time. You can eat your food with eight different sauces. No other restaurant has this. Most importantly is that their food is fresh. They never fail to make your food hot and crispy when served. If they do, they will give you another item of what you ordered but fresh.

Choosing the Chick-Fil-A in Athens to go eat is the best choice. It is too good to turn it down. My daughter and I went through the drive thru in separate cars. She spilled most of her fries all over the floor of the car. We arrived in our neighborhood, she realized there were no condiments in her bag. So I drove us back to Chick-fil-a. When we got back, I told them they forgot the condiments and asked if they could replace the fries. The young girl in drive thru said "sure, we'll take care of that".

But when we got to the window, Brandy (I assume the manager) was there instead. She said "no, they could not" and she went on to say, "we've had problems with 'some people' coming to drive thru and lying just to get more fries. So unfortunately, we can't replace something that you spilled at home, because that was not our fault."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing so I just replied "but the condiments being left out of the bag, was, your fault."

She said, "yes, I apologize for that". And gave them to me while saying "have a good evening" dismissively.

Brandy was rude, snobbish, and discriminatory. We didnt need to hear her passive aggressive story about people lying to get fries. If she still has a problem with "those people" she should address it with her owner not waste my time. What does that situation have to do with mine? We wouldn't have bothered to come back, if they hadn't made that mistake with the condiments.

Also, I never told her the fries were spilled at home, because we never made it out the car. And, by the time we got back there, had the long-----conversation with her about thieves, everything was cold! So, we had to pay for more fries to eat with a cold sandwich.

Chick-fil-a needs to work on REQUIRING their managers to become better skilled at customer service, because this was the worst customer service I've ever received at one of their...

My mother is 87 years young and now relies on me if she ever needs to go somewhere. However, before she stopped driving, her favorite place to eat was Chick-fil-A, but not just ANY Chick-fil-A. Her meal MUST come from the Chick-fil-A located at 3637 Atlanta Hwy in Athens GA! I can totally agree with her when she says that, not only is this the only location where their food has been prepared perfectly EVERY SINGLE TIME, they also have OUTSTANDING customer service, which is an area that I cannot praise them enough about in this review so you will either have to take my word about that, but I would highly recommend that you go see for yourself! And their drive-through... Wow! I've seen as many as 30+ cars in line at the same time, including myself, and it took no more than 5 minutes to place my order and drive away. I never even need to bother checking the bag to make sure I have the correct order because these people have their act together! Inside dining or drive-through, I don't know of a single thing they can improve on. Don't believe me? Check it out!

Oh yeah, if I end up somewhere in Athens at lunch time every day of the week, mom will want me to go by the Atlanta Hwy Chick-fil-A to get her lunch and bring it home to her, but only 6 days each week, ONLY because they do not operate on Sundays and that's just one more thing that she admires about this restaurant. I've gone through their drive-through so many times these last few months that many of the employees know be by name.
