Saturday May 13th, my husband and I came to this restaurant to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. After leaving the establishment I realized I left behind my 3 piece wedding ring set. I immediately called and spoke with management regarding the issue and asked if cameras could be reviewed with the hopes of reuniting with the ring I’ve had for 7 years. Unfortunately this was the next morning. I spoke with the manager John and I’m just sickened by the lack of sympathy I received. I was told they were busy and could review the surveillance by 5pm. I called around 11am. My husband literally dug in the trash just in case my wedding ring was accidentally trashed. We later received a call saying the ring was found, only to arrive and receive 1 out of 3 rings that came in the set. He was told they would keep looking. I called around 8:30 pm to check back in. It just didn’t seem right that they could “find” one but not the other two that were left in the same spot. I was told they checked and moved chairs and were unable to find the ring. I then asked about surveillance again and was put on the phone with the manager John who continued to by pass the conversation about surveillance. I asked again and after hours of trying to cover for their thief of an employee I was told the employee picked up the ring and that was all they could get back. I’m completely livid. They knew most of the time and instead of just telling me they continued to protect a thief. They even tried to say they would keep looking, knowing the ring was stolen. My family of 5 has been loyal customers since the restaurant opened. We even order on Door Dash often. Not a simple apology or anything. I was told to do what I needed to do. I am now moving forward with filing a report so the employee can face criminal charges when all I wanted...

Absolutely HORRIBLE BAD FOOD POISONING. ON 9 30 2021 This was our 1st trip to this place . when we were set at a booth and our server brought out those chips they were stale. I mentioned to her when she came and took our order and she said she had never seen them that way and took them as we gave our order. Our food was at the table in less than 3 minutes which is odd for seafood. I ordered a flounder basket my son ordered the crawfish and clams. The fish was limp and spongy I started eating it and it was real fishy tasting and flounder is not fishy. I could not even eat the basket. My son ate his order. After paying not even 3 miles up the road my stomach was burning my mouth weathering then it hit me! I had to pull over off the highway throw up my brains out from BAD FISH that can kill someone. Not even 20 minutes later my son started feel hot and sweaty and we rushes to get home where he Threw UP the entire meal and is feeling lite headed and dizzy. This place is a health hazard.! The bathroom floor was sticky when you walked on it, it smelled like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I will not ever eat there again and I will tell as many people as possible to maybe save them from food poisoning. This is not the last from me! Our server she was very nice and it is not her fault it is the manager allowing or purposely serving old seafood that can kill people. Plus this place is not cheap it is on the expensive side and you would think the quality would be there. I am from Florida and I know seafood and I mean Fresh Seafood and this was not any where near fresh it was spoiled...

I was pleased with the food, but the bar drink Snd the service was not good. I ordered a dirty martini, up, house vodka, really dirty. The drink came in a less than standard size martini glass which was only half filled. A martini is pretty standard size by the recipe itself, Snd because it is shaken, it always should have ice crystals on the top. This one was about half size, no crystals and not at all dirty. I think the bar tender just didn’t know how to make one, but she probably needs to find out how to make all the drinks a full bar offers. She was doing double duty as a server and bartender and was involved in a conversation with a customer for so long that I finally had to get up Snd go to the bar to ask for a glass of wine since the dirty martini was not good. That being said, the lobster bisque was very good as was the shrimp basket. We asked if we could get a combination oyster and shrimp basket and the server said there would be a $2 up charge on both. How silly. So, he ordered a shrimp basket, and I ordered an oyster basket, and we swapped half the seafood. Therefore, the kitchen prepared exactly the same thing as a combination, but we left feeling that this was a restaurant that was not very interested in pleasing their customers. I’ll try it one more time because the food was good, however, if the bar hadn’t improved Snd the service is not better, it will be...
