This is normally our go to location since the East side sucks royally. Most of the time the only issue is getting cups and tea after ordering from the kiosk, and having to ask for sauces that I put in the order that were not brought with the food.
But this time was awful. My husband got the boneless wings, which I assume were fine since he had no complaints. However, my burger was cold, and our fries were cold. My burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted!! We were shorted a ranch that I had paid for, and of course the ketchup I added to the order was not included. I went up to the counter, and a lady in the back hollered out "are you needing to place an order?!", I said "no, I just need some ketchup." Then I heard her tell someone else to get the ketchup because she was filling an order. So a guy comes, who looks to be a manager, grabs three ketchups, and literally slings them onto the counter and says with a bit of attitude "there you go." I said before he walked away, "can I have some spicy?" , he said in a sarcastic kind of tone "suuure", then grabs 2 and puts them on the counter and walked away. I so badly wanted to say that if they could read and do their job right, my order had ketchup on it, and I wouldn't be there asking for it. Besides the fact that they're supposed to bring the tray of ketchup and napkins with your order!!
Anyhow, the fun didn't end there. I went ahead and ate the cold burger and fries because I was starving and I didn't wanna fight. Then after eating, my husband wanted a milkshake. I was going to order from my phone, but decided to order from the kiosk so that it would be brought to the table. We wait, and wait, and wait....and wait. 15 minutes go by, and still no milkshake!! There was only two other people dining and they had their food, so what was the deal? An employee came out and headed towards the back tables behind us. My husband yelled out that we had a milkshake ordered, but she ignored him and went on to sit and take her break. Then the manager guy...the same one who tossed the ketchup, came out and again my husband was trying to tell him about the milkshake. My husband must have repeated himself three times, all the time being COMPLETELY ignored!!!! The guy came walking towards our table, which was only a few steps away from where he was, and then I said twice, that we ordered a shake 15 minutes ago. He said "okaay", almost as if that was normal and nothing needed to be done about it. Then finally asked what it was. Once I told him, he made it and brought it to us, but geez freaking louise!!!! Read morei am not the type of person to often leave critical reviews and i've been to this location multiple times. i have always had good conversations and sweet interactions with them. and i NEVER had a problem with any of the staff until tonight. i was doing some doordash because i really needed it. i went through the drivethrough at around 2:10AM and did not stop at the speaker. when i got to the window and explained i was with doordash the woman at back-drive with braids gave me an attitude and told me that i have to stop at the speaker, i apologized and told her that i know now and ill do that from now on (with a smile). she proceeded to repeat herself and seemed genuinely upset and almost personally victimized by the fact i didnt stop at the speaker. i was confused and tired and having a really bad night and asked if i needed to drive back through because i had already apologized and explained myself and she had repeated herself for seemingly no reason so i was trying to justify it. she laughed in my face and turned around and mocked me to her coworker. they laughed and she slammed the window in my face and i honestly felt like crying. i dont often take things personally because i too have worked in fast food and i know how exhausting and frustrating it can be and i wouldnt want to be working such late hours either!! but it was when she opened the window back up and she had a manager standing behind her and she treated me calmly and respectfully and was nice to me that it hit me. she has full control of her body and mouth and absolute capability to be kind (when her boss is around) and she chose not to. as i said ive worked in fast food but i never took any of my anger out on a customer and especially not a teenage girl who was nothing but kind to me. it hurts my heart to see something like that. if you see this i hope you have a better day and i hope you learn to be loving to everyone because you dont know what theyre going through. i gave you the benefit of the doubt because i dont know what youre going through but i didnt...
Read moreI first walked in and no one was taking orders at the register. There was a line of people crowding the two self service kiosks to take their order. I then went and sat down and ordered through the app. It said that it would be ready in 5 minutes, so Iet them know I was here and went and sat down. 10 Minutes passed and I went up to the counter and check on my order, and they said they hadn’t started it yet. I finally got my order and they gave me my cup for my drink. Both pitchers of sweet tea were out, Coke was out, Lemonade was out, and Rootbeer. I then realized I was missing half my order. I went up to the counter and started waiting, and then observed the staff in the back assembling the sandwiches and burgers on the steel counter tops which were covered in other ingredients from the burgers. I highly doubt, keeping in mind everything that had gone wrong so far, those counters are cleaned often. It disgusted me so that I just walked out and left me food.
I was not the only one who had their order wrong. Every single person in line I was with had to come back up and state was something was wrong with their order. I observed an elderly gentleman state that something was wrong with his order. He was met with a very ugly attitude from one of the workers. After we walked away, she rolled her eyes and then got on the headset and started complaining about the gentleman on the headset.
